              The Travel triangle agent was reachable. But the cab driver was not good at all. Our cab broke down mid way and he was not ready to talk to the agency. He was not cooperative and frequently complaining that we have made the booking through agency and made all the payment.               I had planned for a 7D/6N trip to Sikkim and our travel agent Ms Nikhita had been very helpful right from planning the trip till the final leg of departure. She is always very cheerful, quick to respond, and has been clear and crisp on the iterniery of the trip. On the 5th day of our trip, unfortunately there was a landslide because of which the trip had to be modified on the fly.
