            Ms Emily of SVietnam Trips is an awesome trip planner and adviser. She was extremely patient and helpful as we customized our itinerary with her over the weeks (all coordinated through WhatsApp chats). She also shared the necessary information for us to secure our e-Visa within 3 working days. She came to meet us in Hanoi at the start of our trip to reassure us as well provide us with lower VND currency denomination for local usage. Throughout the trip, Ms. Tina was very prompt & responsive for any queries we had. Emily and Tina ensured a proper plan was communicated (in advance - previous evening) and coordinated the pick up in good time. The airport transfers (both international and domestic) were extremely well coordinated and smooth experiences. All the hotel accommodations were strategically chosen to meet our requirements. The rooms were great & impeccably clean. The hotel staff was very warm, cordial & cheerful despite the odd hours that we reached / checked out / made requests. Worth the money spent. Special mention for the beach side hotel in Da Nang with breath capturing view from the 18th floor room balcony overlooking the sea... Wish we had another day to spare for Da Nang. Ba Na Hills are exquisite and it really needs more than 5 hours to complete. It was ensured that we get proper vegetarian food wherever inclusive (hotel / tours) as well as on the Cruise - 'Aqua of the Seas'. All the tour guides were very polite and informative and even suggested how we make the best use of time available at every location. Our vacation was a huge success !! Would highly recommend SVietnam Trips for planning and delivering an awesome, unforgettable experience... Only Con: Travel Triangle Flight booking department is very unprofessional... You have to keep chasing them for getting the flights done..
