The halong bay cruise was a wow experience. The guide, cruise and food were really good. Overall all the tour guides were really helpful and knowledgable. I feel the time given for bana hills was little less. They should accommodate 1-2hrs more for that trip as there is a lot to explore.

Our Tour to Vietnam and Cambodia was happend during 7th-14th Jan 2020. Sophie from Bamboo Hat tours organised very well. Hotels in Siem Reap and Hanoi were very good and Doris Cruise in Ha lang bay was excellent. Will definitely recommend Bamboo hat tours. Wishing Sophie and all Vietnamies a very happy Lunar New year

Everything from booking to payment was good. The quote was a bit higher. The Hotel stay was good..could have been better. Golden Lake Hotel concierge staff was bad, uncooperative. I missed Vegetarian food even when I had opted for that. I missed dinner almost everyday & I had on many occasions slept hungry and not having food at all. As there were no vegetarisn food I survived mainly on fruits, bread, jam & fruit juice only. Car and pick up & drop were very good. La Casta Cruise was horrible. And most horrible was the person taking care on Cruise..His name was "Lucky".. What an idiot person he was ..Horrible..He made whole trip so painful..He was nasty, and bad behavior . He should immediately be thrown out from Cruise.. He was uncooperative, harassing and a Liar. My special thanks to Mr Steve Tran in Vietnam and my guide in Siem Reap Mr Danith., who made my trip worth remembering. Thanks to these two persons. Very nice places. Very good people in both countries. Loved them so much.

Sophie from Bamboo hat travels was a gem in the entire itinery planning till the airport drop of my last destination in Vietnam, awesome engagement from her. I would like to point out few issues with travel triangle, as your contributions have been questionable, was not able to reach to travel triangle poc at times, luckily Sophie was always there to help Hanoi, Ha long Bay, Golden bridge and mykhe beach, Da Nang along with Vietnamese street food
