The service provider Steeple Tours was excellent and they coordinated the trip very well. No challenges during the entire trip. Special mention of the driver and guide who was very helpful. Ready to go anytime as per the plan and guided the entire tour. However, there was NO support from the travel triangle guide starting from the booking till closure. Hardly I had a chance to speak to him. Even during the payment, had to escalate as he was not reachable. The whole experience thru travel triangle was NOT satisfactory.

We undertook a 8 night Sri Lanka package through Travel Triangle and our agent in Sri Lanka was Discover Ceylon. The whole process from booking to payments, etc were smooth. We were highly satisfied with the package and the agent ensured to provide very good hotel and vehicle with Tamil speaking driver. The owner himself was in touch with us and ensured our comfort. Some places we could not spend time due to heavy rains driving time from one place to another. We would highly recommend M/s Discover Ceylon if one wishes to do explore Sri Lanka

The overall experiences are very good and heart warming. Thank you Travel Triangle and Romanolanka for the awesome trip planned. Romanolanka executive Ms. Minoshaa is very helpful & patiently curated my trip plan as per my need and budget. She also answered to all our doubts and stay connected with us through out the journey. Our trip guide Kasun Maurya is also very helpful and gentle person, he is a guide and great photographer which took a lot of good pictures of us throughout the journey.

We had 7 night stay at 6 different hotels. We have asked and paid for 4 star hotel catagory. Thre hotels at Sigiriya, Seeduwa and Nuwara Eliya were not good. The hotel at Nuwara Eliya was of a home stay catagory. Agent should have booked better hotels.

The Frontline staff & steeple Tours planned an excellent itenary for our trip for 8 days. Our appreciation to Ms Dilini of Steeple Tours and her 24×7 support on all the 8 days throught the trip is awesome. The Van 19 seater was ok but the driver Mr Nandana was extremely good and adjustable with us in many ways . He takes personal interest to take care of my mother 87 years old wherever she could not get down from the cab. The chauffeur Mr Charitha was a problem to us right from picking us at the airport, made us wait at the entrance airport zbd went to arrange cab for another 4 german traveller's. He was a man full of attitude always complaining about m/s steeple Tours, our agents and on the 7th day wanted to go away to pick some of his friend from the airport and made us wait at the road jn pitch dark for more than 40 minutes. Only with the interference of our staff M/s Dillini from steeple Tours we could reach the hotel at bentota on that day night. The chaffeur guide Mr Charitha did not behave properly and did not show anything at Colombo on the last day resulting a great disappointment to us. We lost our enjoyment due to the guide Mr Charitha eventhough we had a good itenary and support fron Ms. Dillini and with a good driver for the vehicle Mr Nandana The places are memorable and beautiful at nuwareliya & nine arch bridge, kandy cultural programme is worth to be seen. Seetha Amman temple, kathirkamam are oc devotional memories. Also Hanjman temple on way to nuwareliya and Indian restaurant Annapoorani there are great memories to us

Overall experience was very good. All hotels except one at Bentota were good. Cab was ok kind of but driver was very good… Jeep safari and Madu river ride was something very good.

I had only the country finalized when i started working with TravelTriangle. The agencies as part of the Sri lanka were very helpful and quickly helped me to put together a plan. The whole planning and execution was perfect. The driver Afzal helped all the way through the trip and treated us like a family member. However please don't go by their hotel star ratings as is. I checked in a 3* star hotel which apparently was a villa homestay. Otherwise all the hotels and arrangements were near to perfect.

A huge thank you to Ayesha, our travel agent, for flawlessly planning our trip from Sigiriya to Colombo, ensuring every detail was taken care of, including our 5-star stay at Marino Beach Colombo. A special shoutout to Kavindu, our guide and chauffeur, who was with us for seven days, assisting us at every step with his local knowledge and warm hospitality. His thoughtful gestures, like the random King Coconut treat, made our journey even more special. Every destination was a delight: Sigiriya – The majestic Sigiriya Rock climb was tough but offered breathtaking views. Kandy – The Temple of the Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake were serene and beautiful. Nuwara Eliya – The cool weather and lush tea plantations made it a scenic paradise. Horton Plains – The stunning landscapes of World’s End and Baker’s Falls left us in awe. Ella – Enjoyed the stunning views and the iconic Nine Arches Bridge. Yala – The wildlife safari experience was thrilling, with sightings of elephants, deer, and crocodiles. Galle – Loved the colonial charm and pristine beaches. Colombo – A perfect end with a luxurious stay at Marino Beach and its infinity pool. Thanks to Ayesha for seamless planning and Kavindu for his exceptional guidance, making this an unforgettable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

We travelled to Sri Lanka for 8D/7N and over 06 locations in April 2024. This was our mini honeymoon as a newly married couple. Organizing our stays, driver, and itinerary with 'I Am Srilanka' was a pleasant experience. Themindi, our travel agent, was professional in accomodating our requests and suggested the itinerary and hotels well in our trip budget. She was polite and it was a pleasant experience communicating with her all throughout. Afzal, our driver, drove well and comfortably. He was aware of the routes and kept the car clean each time we sat. A polite, pleasant, and professional driver. Few things could have been better: The Colombo hotel was a highly rated but a very below average hotel with outdated amenities. Colombo hotel suggestion could have been better. Our itinerary was very hectic with only one day at each location; this made us very tired and we also missed visiting the treks and temples due to the large travel time. We could only touch one or two must visit places in each location. I would suggest booking two/three days per location at the very least. It is important to discuss and clarify all hidden charges and the mode of payment with 'I am Srilanka'. They have some preferences with paying in USD and in cash upon reaching Sri Lanka. Better to have these clarified in advance. Thanks for helping us organise our trip. We do plan to revisit. Chilling on a sun bed, next to our private beach at the Palms Hotel, in Bentota.
