We booked a budget trip to Jodhpur, Jaisalmer Udaipur and Jaipur with Sarang Holidays. Even though the places were distant from each other, Anuj took up the job and planned accordingly. For any query their response is immediate and they try to understand from customer point of view. Also they came personally and met us enquiring about our comfort and stay. Kudos to Anuj and team for delivering us a memorable trip.

Everything was smooth and worked out as expected. We had a great time. The trip was hassle free so we did not have to worry about stay or transport. People from Back to Holidays (Preethi Sharma) were always available for call and tried to resolve the minor issues as soon as possible. However, the person from travel triangle who was assigned as our trip guide never picked up our calls. He has been unresponsive since weeks. This was very unprofessional from travel triangle.

I traveled to Rajasthan with my family in Feb 2019. The trip was customised as per my requirements and we didn't faced any issues during the 8 days trips. Although I have suggested options for hotel stay however Mr. Neeraj helped us in selecting the right one and my stay in all the 4 locations was excellent. Site seeing was well managed, thanks to our driver Mr. Sunil. A regular check by Neeraj during the trip is well appreciated. Overall a very nice and memorable experience. Although we enjoyed all the locations but Jaisalmer the golden City was simply awesome. In Sam desert, from staying in tent, enjoying the local food and cultural dance to Camel safari and dune bashing...it's momerable.
