          My overall experience with the trip was good. The travel Agent Aesha helped us throughout the trip very politely. She kept us informed about everything beforehand. Regarding the hotels and hotel staffs, hotel staffs were very polite and supportive. Hotels were far off from the tourist locations and were present in very interior part. Hotel in Gulmarg was beautiful. Cab Driver was also polite and helpful. Gondola Phase 2 was our best memory in the entire trip. It was very beautiful and peaceful. Worth waiting in the queue for the Gondola ride.

          We had a worst experience in the Houseboat booked by the Adorable tour and travel. They had booked Anarkali houseboat for but while checking in they placed us some other unknown houseboat where nobody was there except the help boy, there was no power in the Houseboat we were suffering to charge our mobiles as we had early flight morning. All this happened at night and they didn't even shift to any other place we had suffer whole night.

          Etios car was not given as per contract. Swift Desire was given. Hotel standard and food at Pahelgam was not up to the mark. No wifi. Utensils at dinner and breakfast was bad. Hotels and food at other places was good. Houseboat was at the back side where the water of Dal Lake was dirty. My expectations was much better. As per contract Rizz Tours and Travels were suppose to purchase the Gondola Tickets at Gulmarg. But they could not arrange tickets in my name.           Hotel in srinagar was very average. Food was very bad there. Charging points were not working. Hotels in pahalgam and gulmarg were very good. Houseboat stay was below average. Washroom lock was not there in houseboat. Decoration of room was included in my houseboat stay but room was not decorated. Driver was very good. His behavious was excellent. He helped us a lot and was very calm and composed. Travel agent service was average. Sometimes they were not helpful as they should be.

          overall good experience, the only thing is cab driver always come late 10:30-12:00 in the morning, I have already complain about it to travel agent but he use to come on his own time. We miss one entire day on phelgam as he come at 12:00 PM for pick up. Also cab driver use to speak to someone else on entire trip which is really headache. FYI: My cab driver was Sabir Rooms were good but no viewing window in phelgam. Doodhpatri

          Feedback for Hotel - Overall hotel experience was really good and food quality of breakfast and dinner was also good Feedback for Cab & Driver - Car allocated was non ac Etios and was very comfortable. Cab driver - Cab driver Mr Faiz Mohammad. His driving was good and safe. But his attitude was was very rude and insulting. Whenever we didn't purchased from shop he could have got commission then he expressed his anger then and there only. On many occasions he earned did earn commission which we don't have any problem but it not possible to purchase everytime from shop where he could earn good money. Last two days Srinagar local side seeing was planned but he denied that and said only last day is planned as local side seeing . Inspite of paying for cab and driver we had to walk on one occasion and take an autorickshaw on another occasion. So very disappointed with his attitude and behavior. At Letpora he insulted me and tried threated my family friend from the kesar trader from were he was taking us to buy kesar and dry fruits. I had complaint this this to Mr Mukesh and Mr. Sajjid but his attitude and behavior never changed. He had personal tie-up with Raja Dhaba and on multiple occasion forced us to have lunch over there. Services of Travel Agent - Overall support and help of travel agent is satisfactory. Whenever required Mr Mukesh helped us. Leaving the driver's attitude and rude behavior aside overall entire trip is memorable.

          I think using travel triangle platform was of no use for the booking. Booking directly via the agent would have been much cost effective. Travel Triangle didn't even bothered to call once ask the customer regarding the trip. No WhatsApp group was formed as they claim while taking their charge. Anyways the trip agent was good. The hotels were nice. The cab and arrangements were nice. The cab driver needed to be a little professional yet that can overlooked considering the overall experience. View from Hotel Chinar in Phelgam and also the service and arrangements there.

          The service of the local travel agent was good. I would suggest that the driver's service could be improved. A driver that will stay at the disposal of the customer need to be appointed. If a driver is staying in the outskirts, he has to rush home in the evening because of which customers can't enjoy the sightseeing of all tourist attractions. Pls make sure to keep a driver at the disposal of customers to give a seamless and flawless experience. We enjoyed the trip since it was Kashmir.
