            Very bad experience. The hotels were changed almost everyday without any prior information. The food was bad. Rooms were not upto the standard as shown. During the last stay in Srinagar we had to change 3 hotels. It was my wife's birthday that day which was spoilt thanks to the harassment of the hotelier and the agency. The travel agency was not at all cooperative. Sonmarg was very good. The views at Pahalgam sight seeing were pleasant. The cab driver was very cooperative which made our trip worthwhile.

            We have travelled to Kashmir and katra trip through traveltalkies. We stayed in Srinagar (Star of Kashmir)for 3 days, houseboat (akbar group of houseboats) 1 day, pehalgam(green Orchid hotel) 1 day and katra (nek katra hotel) 1 day... For me food, service & neatness matters. So i will rate as per the 3 variables. 1. Star of Kashmir - located in prime city of Srinagar, food is ok, their service and hospitality is great and neatness is fine we can rate 4 star for it. 2. akbar group of houseboat- located in Nigeen lake not in the prime Dal lake. Food is below average, no staff in house boat as no one is occupied, they have to bring food from another place as cooking is not available in houseboat, for neatness also full dust on bed we got dust allergy.. One good thing is one old gentleman brought khawa for us.. On a whole we rate 1star for it that too for khawa. 3. Green Orchid hotel- There are many good hotels available in pahalgam than this with beautiful view. But the neatness is ok and food is also ok but their service is just below par... As I forgot my hotel keys in my jacket thought I lost the keys.. Now the hotel staff started melodramatic and started saying it will cost around 15k for it.. Then loudly I asked for duplicate key and give me time to search then they are bragging about power supply to keep the keys into the unit.. They said whole unit have to be installed indirectly pointing towards money. Luckily I got my keys.. I saved from their looting.. And finally after the breakfast they troubled my wife for the tip as I went with car and luggage to place in it. Though the hotel is good staff are spoiling the image so I would rate it to 1 star for it. 4. Hotel Nek katra- The best hotel in our whole trip.. Good manager, good service, good food 4.5 star for it. Our driver Gowhar is a great guy.. Talks less but guided us well and perfect driving in difficult roads too.. Even though we are late he waited patiently and he only planned accordingly.. Saved our time and money in few instances.. But from srinagar to pahalgam he didn't come maybe due to his family.. His younger brother came which wasted our time and insisted not to go mamaleswar temple which is just 1.5 km from pehelgam and awantipura temple ruins as my wife is worshiper she felt upset for that. Suddenly another driver came from pehelgam to katra.. Though he is good and great like gowhar that Suddenness breaks good atmosphere. Overall the traveltalkies is doing a great job by coordinating all the hotel members and drivers.Though some mentioned things in itinerary were not followed like welcome drinks, awantipura temple visit,driver change due to religion disturbances. Few things they are lacking is once the trip is starting they just call for money not for any review nor for the trip.. Lata ji you are great. Efficiently converted the lead and made believe in your traveltalkies.

            Many thanks for Haniefa Tour and Travels for arranging my trip to Kashmir in March 2024. They fulfilled their commitment, and all the hotels were the same as promised. I faced no challenges with logistics. Our driver Bilal was exceptionally good and guided us correctly all the time. His passion for service was excellent and he took great care of us. I would love to go again with Bilal for my future trips to Kashmir. some of the hotels could be better but considering the peak time I assume that they offered the best hotels they could arrange.

            This is regarding my travel to Kashmir and my travel agent being Pine Leaf Travels. I have travelled a lot and it was one of my worst experience to travel there which I won't forget ever. The pine leaf travel owner Mr. Sohail he is the man of low value and he needs nothing but money only. Kashmir is a place where u dont have much choice as there is no prepaid connection. We reached Kashmir on 14th and at airport we got RT-PCR test for COVID. We were informed if u are covid positive u will be informed soon. We came out of airport and reached the hotel, everything was fine but on the 2nd day we got a call from tourism department that we both are covid +. we were in a dilemma what to do Or what not to do. We thought going back is best option in order to save ourself and others also. We thought of informing Mr. Sohail the owner of pine leaf travels, instead of giving a proper response he told that we have to pay 17000 and if not paid he will not let us go. We were completely shocked after listening this. Thanks to Mr. Ayaz from Travel Tringle who guided us and told that he is there for us and help us whenever required. We told everything about the situation to Mr. Ayaz and told us we don't have to pay anything as we have already paid Rs. 9600 to Mr. Sohail (Pine Leaf Travel). In the morning Mr. Sohail(pine leaf travel) called at the hotel and told them that don't allow us to check out until we pay 17000. when we threatened the hotel that we are going to tourism department and police officials then they allowed us to go. I simply want to say that if you are travelling to kashmir don't book pine leaf travel but book ur tour with Travel Tringle bcz if your agent doesn't listen you they are present to guide you and help in any situation. I from the bottom of my heart thanks Mr. Ayaz from travel triangle to help in this abnormal situation.

            Hotels at Srinagar and Pahalgam also boat house at Dal lake was really good, but stay at Pahalgam Lidder resort was worst , no proper power backup it was too cold and we couldn’t rest proper , rest all services were so good, driver was too kind and he helped us to shop at the best places, eat at the best places also he gave very good intro about local things. We had a confusion in between our trip, but travel agent helped us so well . Overall we had a great trip thank you travel triangle. Thank you zippgo travels.

            Hotel at Srinagar and house boat were below par. In Srinagar hotel one room was very small, toilets were unclean, there was no provision for even charging mobile phones in power cut. Vehicle and driver were good. Hotels at Pahelgaon, Sonmarg were good, at Gulmarg hotel was at a very odd location, much before Gulmarg. Travel agent did not provide guidance related to Gulmarg cable car rush, as a result the who;e plan got delayed and we had to skip a major point at Srinagar. As the main travel agent, Travel Triangle did not even make a phone call or did not even enquire once about how the trip was going on. On the penultimate day, I had some issues and I called them and explained to them. But not only no solution was provided by them, they did not even call me back. I am totally disappointed with Travel Triangle this time

            Travel experience with Tripita was good but not great, booking was was, price was reasonable, overall trip schedule could be better, became very hectic travelling from one place to another. e.g. Gulmarg to Pahalgam, long travel, if last day was in houseboat could be better for relaxing before coming back. House boat - was good, food awesome, Complementary Shikara ride, very bad, didn't take to lake, took round near house boats Marina - Great location, good hospitality. Holiday Inn - great location but not good service, used bed sheets were provided, nothing is there but few rooms. Royal Arabia - Again had to request for changes of bed sheets, hot water supply limited 7 to 10 AM and 7-10 PM, poor quality of bathroom. Car was good, but driver didn't help at any places, took different routes where the local union persons could caught us for Pony rides etc., was not taking to places where car can go instead was convincing us to take horse rides, convinced to take guide at Gondala which was not required, parked car in specific location at Sonmarg where We had to take pony ride at higher cost due to losing options hence bargaining power. Shefali Helped wherever required. If the above points are taken care, would like to book with Tripita once again. Overall Rating 3.5 star

            places are good but have been cheated by local people be aware of that and hotel booked in Pahalgam by our agency was far away from tourist place so there was time constrain and we have wasted one and half days for that and in Pahalgam hotel staff will say we will provide everything but they didn't even give us omelet also we have requested them personally for 2 days we have not had breakfast in hotel and as they said there was not candle light dinner only normal dinner was served in house boat total experience was OK choose best agency for a good experience

            My overall experience with the trip was good. The travel Agent Aesha helped us throughout the trip very politely. She kept us informed about everything beforehand. Regarding the hotels and hotel staffs, hotel staffs were very polite and supportive. Hotels were far off from the tourist locations and were present in very interior part. Hotel in Gulmarg was beautiful. Cab Driver was also polite and helpful. Gondola Phase 2 was our best memory in the entire trip. It was very beautiful and peaceful. Worth waiting in the queue for the Gondola ride.

            We had a worst experience in the Houseboat booked by the Adorable tour and travel. They had booked Anarkali houseboat for but while checking in they placed us some other unknown houseboat where nobody was there except the help boy, there was no power in the Houseboat we were suffering to charge our mobiles as we had early flight morning. All this happened at night and they didn't even shift to any other place we had suffer whole night.
