Especially Thinglay who was with us for more than 6 days and was very friendly and very kind person. I still remember his words such as "OKHAY" and "No problem" He really shared his experience and he really has courage to drive the cars in mountain roads. His capability to drive is uncommendable. Also he was always accurate about the destination and time to each location. He made our journey very comfortable and have also taken some photos of us we all three are thankful to Vivek for providing such a nice man to drive us into local ladakh places. We were so thankful to Thinglay as he shared many cultural rituals happening in Ladakh region and we are able to compare it with our rituals. Especially I love to write this is "Thinglay didn't have taken any U-turn because of missing any turn throughout our journey of almost 1200 Kms" All the high altitude roads and passes he helped us to overcome the side-effects of Low Oxigen symptioms Because of Thinglay and Vivek we will definately plan our whole family trip to Zanskar and Spiti valley in comming days.               The planning and choice of hotels and drivers have been great. The travel agent has been very accessible and helpful. The app could be improved. It doesn’t maintain session properly.               Good trip with good stays at Dorjee Camp at Sarchu, Tsomoriri Inn cottage, Pangtso Cottage at Pangong Tso, Wooden Nest Cottage at Hunder and best of all very friendly staff and excellent service amid the tough terrain. But, Ladakh Marvel Hotel in Leh was a very poor choice as the staff is insincere and casual beyond measure, will suggest all to skip this hotel. Vehicle provided was an old and rugged Xylo but driver Dorji was excellent. In all Mr Sushant of the Travel Agency, Leh Ladakh Travels was helpful and the trip was well planned and executed except for the stay at Leh.

              Leh to srinagar road trip was not planned properly. Even though road was blocked due to avalanche in Srinagar leh highway 3 days prior, we where not informed early. This costed extra money from our hand for air and hotel stay. Also hotel refund was not negotiated by agent and hotel in Srinagar Privoior to departure and communicated to us by agent. This resulted in no refund and pay extra cost from our Pocket.

              When we approached Travo Guider for Kashmir-Ladakh trip, Santa Singh gave us a good quote and itinerary. Santa Singh also booked us to and fro flights and coordinated well. Santa Singh responds immediately to calls or messages. The cab and the driver provided in Leh were good.

              We lost the route and the travel agent did not help on it properly and also our driver was constantly over phone. We were told that the winger will be with us all 8 days but 3 days it was not there. No refund was provided

              We had a great overall experience with TripTrail. In Kashmir and Ladakh due to cab driver union, the cab and driver changed. The first driver allocated to us was amazing. His name was Nubroo cab number ending with 9072. He was very helpful in explaining about places and he even assisted us in taking our pics. I give 5 star for Nubroo (cab number ending 9072). He was with us from leh to nubra valley then to pangong tso and then back to leh. The second cab driver Aga (cab number ending with 9070) was not good. He was an escapist. He kept asking if we can avoid visiting the places in itinerary and kept showing disinterested in driving and even lied to us openly saying this place is not good let us skip it. Such drivers give bad experience to tourists. He was there with us from leh to srinagar. The Srinagar driver Shakeel (cab number ending with 6470) was average. First day he tried his best to be professional. Next day onwards he showed minor disinterest and he even argued with Indian Army official in one incident. I feel such things is common among drivers in that region. He was with us for Kashmir local sight seeing. Hotels booked by TripTrail was very good. We loved the choice of hotels provided by them. 1. Sangaylay palace at leh - excellent rooms and food. 2. Organic boutique hunder - excellent view and organic food. 3. Royal foster pangong - here the owner of cottage was very helpful. 4. Chutuk heights Kargil - excellent view of Suru river. 5. Dawn house boat dal lake srinagar - excellent houseboat experience 6. Hotel blossom Srinagar - Good and safe environment. The travel agent was very helpful and always available on call. Overall I am happy that I chose triptrail.

              Everything went well we all had a super enjoyable trip of Kashmir , except the last day we missed our houseboat experience due to rain and storm by which our booked houseboat was damaged and we were asked to accomodate in two seperate house boat which was not adjacent or connected it was away nearly 5,6 houseboat since we were all family want to enjoy even the IPL match together of Mumbai on the same day so we rejected the offer and asked operator to offer is hotels rooms instead of houseboat due to last moment changes he was unable to provide same category hotel as booked houseboat but since we do not have option and has to accept the offer . We missed our chance of experience of houseboat rest went well with out problem.
