The service is very much appreciated and Bhagwat ji is very much responsive. The vehicle and the driver were also fantastic. Except for one hotel in Pokhara where the quality of service was not great. Only area of improvement would be that planning can be done in such a way that we do not spend as much time traveling and some proactive planning around events like local elections when we were grounded.

Best part of Tripathi travels, was their responsiveness. Krishna from their side was coordinating, and was always responsive over call (Post and pre booking). This helped us in getting all our queries sorted quickly. All the services which we agreed on in the beginning were provided without any hiccups. Areas of improvement: Food provided at the hotels was not up to the mark. A definite area of improvement, which Tripathi travel can pass as a feedback to hotels they are working with.

Continuously 3 time same dish was served to us while it was foul smelling & rotten. Time management of the travel agent was not good, due to which we have to wait 4 hrs to enter the room on 1st day.While we have already informed him the time of our arrival at Kathmandu Pokhra & Nagarkot will always remain in our memory

All hotels were good except at Lumbini/ Bhutwal & Banaras. Special praise for Mr. Tripathi of Banaras, who had always attended, whether it was day or night & solved all our problems immediately. Besides the behaviour of Tripathi jee was very polite, accommodative & cooperative. Out of all the places we enjoyed maximum at Sagarkot & Nagarkot. In future we shall certainly take the help of Tripathi jee for further plans. Sagarkot & Nagarkot siteseeing

Everything chosen by us was up to the mark. The only hotel you did was for Pokhara and turned to be a nightmare for us. The rooms were separated. The condition of the room was not good at all. It was so noisy, the washrooms were smelly. Being the 31st night, we had no option left. You need to improve that. Thankfully we had changed the hotels before. Rest everything was well managed. Thanks to the cab services offered who was very friendly and cooperative.

Hotels are good except the hotel at pokhara which was very pathetic with dirty towels,dusty floors and no lights in restrooms. Also suggestion can be given for customers about the places and adventures to explore. Also can suggest the best routes so that we can save time by unwanted travelling. Muktinath.. awesome experience.

Had a good trip overall.Roads were bad between Chitwan to Lumbini. Requirement to leave early morning (5AM) on 2 days due to road construction and conditions was slightly difficult and breakfast packed was not good/sufficient. But inspite of this the place were nice and overall support from travel agent and team was good. Upgrade in Chitwan is appreciated

Honestly this was the best travel experience , SNOWYODA as awesome company and very well planned and executed trip. Mr. Summit was very helpful from the beginning , once we reached Nepal the Driver Mr. Lek Bahadur was on time very polite and gave us the best experience the 6 days were were there. there was nothing that we needed to do , everything was taken care of . This was the 1st time booking with travel triangle , Agent Saumya did a very good job and helped coordinate with Snowyoda , Agent Sumit. Over all this was truly amazing and took back many memories from Nepal, beautiful place. Will definitely recommend this to others and will also use this for my next trip.
