        The service is very much appreciated and Bhagwat ji is very much responsive. The vehicle and the driver were also fantastic. Except for one hotel in Pokhara where the quality of service was not great. Only area of improvement would be that planning can be done in such a way that we do not spend as much time traveling and some proactive planning around events like local elections when we were grounded.

        Best part of Tripathi travels, was their responsiveness. Krishna from their side was coordinating, and was always responsive over call (Post and pre booking).         All hotels were good except at Lumbini/ Bhutwal & Banaras. Special praise for Mr. Tripathi of Banaras, who had always attended, whether it was day or night & solved all our problems immediately. Besides the behaviour of Tripathi jee was very polite, accommodative & cooperative. Out of all the places we enjoyed maximum at Sagarkot & Nagarkot.         Everything chosen by us was up to the mark. The only hotel you did was for Pokhara and turned to be a nightmare for us. The rooms were separated. The condition of the room was not good at all. It was so noisy, the washrooms were smelly. Being the 31st night, we had no option left. You need to improve that. Thankfully we had changed the hotels before. Rest everything was well managed. Thanks to the cab services offered who was very friendly and cooperative.
