          After a long break of 2 years, this year we went to Andaman for a family vacation for 8 days- 7 nights.. myself contacted with Travel Triangle (Jubilant Travel) to get our trip organised. To describ how was our trip, It was one of the best memories in my life to say the least. We have stayed in lovely hotels, with impeccable service and hospitality, situated at the best of the locations.. travelled with the nicest cab people, had lovely soothing local foods.. ( although a bit expensive) , been to the best of virgin islands of Andaman n experienced breathtaking underwater Marine Life, did the most adventurous water sports and had the best time of our lives..           Had a wonderful experience during the Andaman trip. Everything was perfectly planned. Plus the agent was always ready to accomodate our whims and fancies. Never did they complain. The cabs were good and the drivers always on time to take us places. Cellular Jail, kalapathar beach and the food in the hotels.

Only small suggestion is to enquire the language preference for the Sound and Light show before making a booking, even after that I was offered to change the booking at their expense which was great.

          Agent has not provided proper guidance.In the deal it was said guide will be provided full time but unfortunately it was not. Hotel at Portblair was not up to expectations. It was told that vehicle will be provided full time during visit but in portblair driver Munna simply refused saying that he was told to drop the guest at hotel & nothing more than that he cant provide the vehicle.I am following with agent for bills but they are not responding at all. I have called at least 50 times either they are telling you will get it or not picking the phone. please block this agent in your list. I would like to mention here the special appreciation for one of the Cab driver Mr Afjal he was extra ordinary in service/speaking & cooperation.

          Such pathetic hotel provided on our first 2 days of holiday. So rude & unprofessional staff. Rest accomodations provided were decent, though one restaurant staff by the name Tarak in Havelock resort behaved very rudely time & again. Only property we are satisfied is at Neil- CocoNHuts. All drivers provided were decent & well behaved. Tour coordinator also guided us well. Overall we expected more out of this tour which we didn't received. Our trip to Thailand last year was much well organized than this one. Hope to get better services in future. Stay at Neil Island, Radhanagar. Beach

We had confirmed our trip about one and a half month before for two families but we had to change our trip itinerary due to unavoidable medical reasons. Radha nagar beach, Havelock is the most beautiful place to get relax, kala patthar beach, havelock is also a cool place. Bharatpur beach at neil is also a best place for water sports and natural bridge is also nice place to visit n photography. There is nothing to see at rose island except deers. North bay island is cool for scuba and other water activities. Glass water boat ride is good. The 30 KM ride to chidiya tapu was amazing. Overall the tour was awesome.

          Would suggest you to value clients time and money. Vacations are to chill & enjoy for which we pay hefty fees to agents so that they get things organised to avoid last minute chaos but alas!! The sub-agents at Neil & Havelock were quite professional ,decent & helpful. Would rate them 5 starsbut the team at Portblair deserves 2.5 stars The blue sea ,sugary white sand & the beautiful corals will always be in my memories. Chidita Tapu is one of my favourite spot. I liked Neil island more than Havelock. The Mangrove ride spotting JaJawara's on the way to Baratang was all fun.

          Apart from the little issues in tour coordination in Havelock Island and a little change of plans in Neil Islands, the trip was more or less as expected. Hotels in Port Blaire and Neil Island were away from any beaches and hence there was not much to do on our own after the planned tour which would usually commence at as early as 6am and end at 2pm. I would tour with PATT again but with more focus on the hotels that they provide us with.
