          1 Flights: Flight booking was OK. Inclusive of Meal flights, option of customer for veg or non-veg to be verified and customer advised. 2 Stay: 3 places of stay at Hanoi/HochiMinh city/Siem Reap was good. 3 Pick up for tours and flights on arrival as well for Departure - Coordinators at places of tours should keep the traveller informed of next day morning pick up details for flights previous day. Tour vans for all tours in Hanoi/HochiMinh/SiemReap picked up without any trouble. 4 Vietnam picking up from/to airports was made as if secrecy has to be maintained with persons picking up not showing their Identity, which is not correct. Are we being kidnapped for secrecy to be maintined. Cambodian coordinator was far better in this aspect. 5 Siem Reap shuttle at cambodia tours were well prepared for their job as well as did not face much problem in the tours of vietnam. 6 VISA: Total mess in the case of Vietnam. Higher level Trip Pro people as well as HTT have taken this aspect very casually, putting the customer to lot of mental agony and frustration. In spite of no.6 above, I sincerely thank Ms.Tanya Malhotra for her sincere effort to help me at every stage for the tour to be completed without hitch in Vietnam and Cambodia. Finally, HTT cannot be a spectator once when the trip organiser is identified and fix dates for activities of getting visa and other matters to be organised before starting of the trip.           Though the trip was good, hotels decent, we are a tad bit disappointed with the Travel agent Bamboo Hat. In Cambodia everything was perfect. Our coordinator and guide Mr. Sou Wat was there and kept us well informed about our schedule and was there with us till we got into the airport. It was the personal touch which made all the difference in leaving us with pleasant memories. Unfortunately, the personal touch was missing in Vietnam. We did not meet any representative from Bamboo Hat through the entire trip in Vietnam. Since Ms. Sophie had some family emergency, she could not be available, but someone else from the agency could have done the needful. Secondly, we wanted our separate transport and not been made part of a group. The impression we had that that it would be separate except while going to Halong. Traveling with a group is restrictive and not what we prefer. Again I will refer to Cambodia where we had our exclusive vehicle. However if I ignore my grievances, I would like to say that except for a couple of instances, things were pretty well organized, the vehicles good, food good, guides excellent especially Mr. Anh and Mr. Tranh who were very informative.           When we (as a family) thought of visiting Vietnam & Cambodia we had not much idea how to plan the places and where we need to start. Enter Hannah (from Viet Aurora Travel) who was simply amazing to chart out a decent itinerary for us. Hannah is a lovely human being and her passion and sincerity in providing us support with the entire itinerary is truly commendable. Our itinerary covered Hanoi to Halong Bay to Ho Chi Minh. Thereafter to Cambodia (Angkor Wat, Tonle Sap and other wonderful temple tours). We had requested for multiple changes, adjustments, queries, lot of clarifications and Hannah was simply patient and very very prompt to answer every questions. Not only she designed a super itinerary but did follow-ups each time and ensuring there we no hurdles at any point of our journey. For example when we had to start very early in the morning for a tour visit, Hannah had called up the Hotel authorities and packed breakfast for us. This kind of commitment and service were fantastic. The tour guides, the hotels, cabs that were chosen were excellent. More than the scenic places, its the people and their warm culture that made us feel very comfortable and memorable. Special mention to tour guides (Mr. Chung in Halong bay), Ms. Tweny (Cu-Chi, Mekong delta) and Mr. Khoun Vuthy (entire Cambodia) who was a gem of a person. Thank you Travel Triangle, this is my second experience with you and you have not disappointed. Thank you once again for creating wonderful memories for my family.
