Hi we had a very bad experience in below from House of travel for the trip to Singapore and Malaysia 1)Coach from Singapore to Malaysia Starmart is the worst one and very local vehicle they had given 2) Sentosa they have not planned well its less than half a day planned which is not enough 3) They changed the itinerary on the last day of travel to accomodate other plan as per other travellers which we never agreed for but we dont have any option left out to accept becauase complete payment is done 4) Good thing is Nam ho land agent had done his part pretty good except above Thanks Vijayganth d

Singapore trip went well overall, except that the hotel is located far from little India, being vegetarian,found difficult to get proper food. All cab drivers were on time and everything went as per schedule. Malaysia trip is pathetic as there is miscommunication about sg arrival card. And got struck for half a day in immigration, our bus left without us. It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service

Wonderful experience in preparing itinerary, document submission reminder, timely travel arrangements and real time ground support. Ms.Amisha Srivasatava from Kushark Holidays was very active in followups and helping to customize the itinerary as required at a competitive price. Documents for visa were requested and visas sent without any issues. She called regularly with updates and even on the day before sent a reminder of documents to carry with hotline numbers to reach local tour agent in case of emergency, that situation didn't come though. Had a memorable well arranged trip. Thank you.Recommended @Kushark Holidays

Neha has been really proactive and quick in designing our itinerary. Nonihal is well experienced, smart and supportive throughout our trip. Well done craft holidays team! One suggestion- Do not allocate these hotels to vegetarian family as breakfast was useless fir us. But one good thing was the location of hotels. Our Singapore hotel was 500 m from Mustafa centre and little India. Kuala lumpur hotel was very close to good attractions and restaurants providing Indian cuisine. Universal Studios experience!

We would like to thank the Travel Triangle for arranging a very comfortable and smooth stay at Singapore and Malaysia Legoland. The arrangements regarding stay, conveyance and sight seeing were very seamless and we didn't face any issues during our stay. Ground teams at Singapore were very co operative. However, the Malaysian teams, were little late in contacting . However would suggest that more details could be added on the route and areas to visit in a particular sight seeing spot for more comfortable stay. The Local Singapore City tour was not great. Like to thank Ms Anjali Gupta and Mr. Sheel for their prompt response and help whenever needed.

It was a good experience while travelling with you guys and all the cabs were on perfect time. Arrangements were all very good. Just one thing as being Indians if we got hotel near Little India it would be easier to get veg Indian foods also if have been updated on timings of Jewel we wouldn’t have missed it as it’s closed in morning. Else everything was good. Thanks ☺️

It was a good tour and few things were quite impressive and few needs improvements. Good thing had been the agent who handled our plan through Kushark travels ghazals khan had been quite attentive and available all time with clarity plus the drivers were quite disciplined and well mannered. Sightseeing was not well covered and multiple good places were missed. Universal studio and sky bridge

Travel agent is nice. Overall ok Found difficulty in guidence in singapore. One of the driver in nam ho dmc is very bad, rude and mis behaved --on the day of singapore familiarization. Hotel in singapore ibis novena is just ok, hotel restaurant in not serving meal properly.No proper assistance from hotel staff.hotel is not providing any drinking water, even assistance for luggage, u have to be your own.however room is clean and small. There should be proper guidance about trip in singapore to explore the places.Night jungle sufari is waste. Rest singpore places are very nice. IN BALI driver is very nice. Grand ixora kuta hotel is ok,very limited vegeterian food items, poor vegetarian breakfast only breads and salads.room given is ok.cleanliness and location is very nice.Staffe behavious is good. Very limited water ports are included.Bali dalphin sports is un organized, un systematic, waited alot for out turn of water sport.Not provided flying fish.Ski jets are old, petrol was finished in my turn in mid trip.parasailing is nice.Banana boat is just ok.overall bali dalphin ppl are trying to convince for other sports and oay for them.they have limited ski jets and other sports.material so waiting time is high.They don follow que properly, somewhate poorly organized system they have. Pool vila in kankana aldeoz grand is very nice.worth and recommended. Hotel staff are very nice.Foods are nice, services are very good.overall this was the best hotel in our trip. Overall found some lack of difficulty and guidance in singapore.Nam ho dmc is punctual but they are doing just transportaion, no any type of guidance.After drop to place u are at your own.One of the driver on day of singapore familiarization day 2 is very bad who drop us hotel to bus, he must be reported.
