I traveled to Bhutan for 8 days along with 3 more family members which included 13 YO kid and 70+YO mother. Booking with travel triangle was very comfortable and appreciable. Even before the bookings were finalized, it was effortless to communicate our requirements to the travel agents. The confirmations and payments were professionally done step by step. They were polite and considerate of our comfort and the value of money. The guide and cab provided for the trip were excellent. It felt like family to be in Bhutan traveling with caring people. We could get the cultural experience along with the natural beauty of Bhutan, as desired. Wishing Travel Triangle to continue the good work.

Dear Travel Triangle Team, I would like to call out that our trip to Bhutan was one of the most wonderful experiences. The services and assistance were seamless at every point. The tour guide was not just knowledgeable but an amiable person. For most part, the hotels were fantastic barring the ones in Phuentsholing and Thimpu. Mr. Damber from 7 Continents Adventures has been super supportive and prompt and often went out of his way to provide us an excellent travel experience. Damber from The AD Tours and Travel was our agency contact for the entire trip, he was highly available to customize this trip for us as per our interests and likes. All the issues we had with Guides were quickly addressed and resolved by Damber himself. We covered Bhutan exactly the way we planned for and Damber made should we have all good experiences and happy memories. Special mention for driver Dorgie, he was amazing and always available/handy for any asks. If Damber is coordinating your trip, stay assured nothing will go wrong.

Shubham's 9 days trip to Bhutan

Had a great overall experience with Bhutan INC. The guide (Tashi) and the driver (Sharan) were especially very courteous and well-mannered. The trip went as per the planned itinerary and we covered all places listed in the itinerary and 1-2 additional places as well. Overall, the hotels were nice too and we received some amazing hospitality particularly in Hotel Mantra Home, Thimphu. But, it wasn’t all perfect as there was a hiccup with the Hotel Central in Phuentsholing which gave our room to someone else and offered us a room which we didn’t like at all. The room that they offered was in a different wing and wasn’t connected with the restaurant via stairs/ elevator. So, we had to waste quite a lot of time in getting accommodation in a different hotel in Phuentsholing, which we ultimately liked a lot. So, all in all, it was a wonderful experience with some really amazing and hospitable people. Visiting Chimi Lhakang, stay in Phobjikha, hike to Tiger’s Nest, vegetable market in Punakha, sending a post card from Thimphu to our home in India, and many more

We toured Bhutan for 9Days in May 23 availing the services of A D Tours & Travels (Mr. Gurung) through Travel Triangle. Mr. Gurung was very helpfull and helped in planning of our tour and answered all our queries. He took care of the epermit and travel insurance. Tour guide Mr. Dil Kumar and driver Mr. Tshering were very helpful and we developed a good relationship. Hotels and Homestay were generally very good except for the Chumey Nature Resort at Bumthang who grossly overcharged us.

Overall experience was great. KNG was efficient, punctual and eager to help. our guide, Soham, and driver, Kuenga were knowledgeable and provided great support on the trip. There were a few points of improvement. 1. Need a slightly larger car than Creta for 3 adults (11 year old is not really a child in size!). 2. Punakha hotel was not good in terms of hygiene or location.

We have traveled so many places with various travel agents inside and outside India in the past but undoubtedly this is our best trip ever with Trip Trova. This is the first time, we have chosen Trip Trova and have interacted with Mr. Nitesh, the owner of Trip Trova. He is very prompt, polite and accommodative. He has customized 9 days and 8 nights tour for two of us all in 3-star hotels, with an excellent guide (Mr. Ugyen) and a friendly, efficient driver (Mr. Sangey). The complete tour was flawless without a single hiccup at any point. All the hotels were excellent, the food was superb, the service and behavior of both the guide and the driver were awesome. We will be looking forward to have many more trips with Trip Trova in near future and will be happy to interact with Mr. Nitesh. I will recommend Trip Trova to everybody who wants to visit Bhutan in reasonable cost with maximum comfort.

Very well planned holiday. Both Sunjive and their driver, guide were very helpful. In Bhutan you've to cross the border on foot (not in car), this is something which was not informed earlier. But the guide and driver helped us out in every step. Locations, hotels etc were very good and as per expectations. In Bhutan, our travelling times were restricted to 9 to 4-5 on most days. Keep that in mind when you plan your trip. Overall very enjoyable.

While the experience inside Bhutan was very good, be it in terms of hotels, cab, driver, guide, etc. but it was equally horrifying inside India. At the Bagdogra Airport, the cab driver kept sitting inside the cab and was giving directions to us to search and reach out to him. The cab was dirty and the driver didn’t bother to clean it at all. The cab AC started to cool only after about an hour after the cab left behind Siliguri. While coming back from Jaigaon to Bagdogra, the cab was changed from Innova to Ertiga without our knowledge and consent. However, the worst came when the Ertiga driver refused to switch the AC on saying that he’s not getting enough so as to switch on the AC. After a lot of commotion, and a call to Nitesh, the travel agent, the cab driver switched the AC on. We were still left to get one more surprise, the driver was driving extremely rash. I would long to forget the cab experience within West Bengal. Bhutan driver, guide, scenic beauty and Bhutanese people - all were amazing. Would love to go there again, but by taking direct flight to Paro, even though it’s costly, but worth it.
