            I had used the services of Travel Triangle earlier for International tours and my experience was good. Even the Trip guides were good and interactive at every stage from the beginning to end. But, for Bali trip the role of Trip guide was totally disappointing. The role of Trip guide to be spelt out clearly to the customer, not limited to just sending the automated mails. Not clear as the trip guide represents Travel Triangle or Tour Hunters. Never bothered to call until I sent a mail and sickness was the reason. Asked for few clarifications through mail and never got a reply. Next time trip guide was in meeting to take my call and never called back. Even when asked to call back after the meeting and no reply until to-date. My tour has ended and promptly got an automated mail for the feedback. Suggest and prefer to have a travel agent directly from the country to be visited to plan and negotiate, rather than bringing a local one, for more clarity, transparency and cost saving.

            My trip to Bali was for 9 days. Overall it was good but it could've been better if little effort would've been put from Agent. Writing this review and I have all the proofs for whatever I am saying in this review. Read this before you choose Befikre Ghoomo as your travel planner. Better part : 1.Driver : Driver was good and had knowledge about all the places. He behavior was good. 2.Vehicle : The vehicle was good and clean. 3.Candle Light Dinner : This was the best part. The cabana setup candle light dinner at Golden Tulip was good. 4.Hotels : Hotels were good and staff and food was good. 5. Snorkeling : Snorkeling experience was good and is recommended. Parts which were not that Good: 1. Nusa Penida day tour. : Day not planned well. Did not get time for Angel and Broken beach. Nusa Penida Driver wasn't aware about anything, whether Snorkeling location, process or time required. Neither the agent was aware of the time it would take for different activites in Nuda penida 2. Watersports Experience : Agent charged money for watersports but did not tell about the frequency of the activities. We were given only 1-2 mins for each activity while the lowest time for any activity was 15 mins as per price card mentioned at the activity site. Agent did not tell us about this while making the booking. NOWHERE it was mentioned or discussed. Agent had it's own version of watersport activities timing which was not even mentioned at the site of the activity. 3. Uluwatu Sunset tour planning. : Watersports was completed within 1.5 hours and we were free by 12 afternoon. The next thing was Uluwatu sunset tour which was supposed to be visited during sunset. However, we were forced to be dropped at 12 afternoon for Uluwatu sunset tour. We requested to go to Hotel and then go for sunset tour in evening but Agent argued and forced that we can't go to hotel. Bad Part : Agent itself : Agent did not connect a single time during the trip. He assumed that everything might be going best and did not put effort to connect at least once to check if everything is going good. Agent did not care about the experience but was only focused on payment. Agent will tell 1000 things that they have office in Bali, they frequently travel but don't trust them. They don't have any knowledge about Bali. Gaurav and Mahesh planned the trip, while Mahesh had little knowledge but Gaurav had no clue of anything in Bali. While you read this review and they tell you that there are a lot of good review as well. But trust me, you could be the one who doesn't get the expected experience. . Don't take risk and choose a better travel agency but definitely go to Bali. The place is amazing.

            It was a great experience,everything was covered whatever was written in a voucher.Hotels and cab Driver was good with good fluency in english and everyday they kept on giving heads up for next day which helped in covering all the places on time,so overall it was well managed. However if you wanted to include something for your special day that would not have been managed like in our case they asked for huge amount for birthday cake so be prepare nothing extra will be taken care plus driver was quite slow so he took extra time to reach on destination.

            Incredible Bali & Mount Ijen Trip Planned by Shashank and We Must Travels! We recently returned from an amazing trip to Bali, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Shashank from We Must Travels! He was our travel consultant and made this entire experience truly unforgettable. We had a complex itinerary in mind, including a visit to Mount Ijen (Blue Fire) in Java, which most other travel agencies were unable to arrange. Shashank, however, made it happen effortlessly, and the entire experience was absolutely breathtaking! One of the highlights of our trip was exploring North Bali, a part of the island that is often overlooked by tourists who mainly visit the south. North Bali is a hidden gem with beautiful landscapes, fewer crowds, and it turned out to be an even better experience for us! We also went snorkeling in Menjangan, which was truly incredible—a must-do for anyone visiting Bali. We explored some of Bali's most beautiful waterfalls, and the stays were carefully selected to suit our preferences—we didn’t want high-end restaurants or extravagant hotels, and Shashank worked closely with us to reduce the total quotation by choosing comfortable, decent accommodations that fit our budget. This level of flexibility and care was really appreciated. Additionally, we were able to find great vegetarian food throughout Bali, which was a huge relief for us.
