Instead of the double bed accommodation we had requested, we were provided with a twin bed room, which was disappointing. However, amidst these challenges, the standout was the exceptional support we received from Yeeshu during a moment of crisis. Unfortunately, we lost our passports during the trip, but Yeeshu went above and beyond to assist us throughout the journey, ensuring we could complete our trip without further complications.       1. Excellent suggestion on the Travel Agent options. 2. Payment terms and modality of installments is user friendly. 3. It is probably the mandate of travel triangle to facilitate the travel schedule chosen by the customer. Perfect. Wish some inputs are mildly/indirectly provided by Travel Triangle in future to the prospective customers on the validity of their travel dates as far as tour season in the destination is concerned. If the travel dates fall in low season period, the shops are 90% closed, the internal transfers/ mode of travel (e.g ferries in Greece for the travel between islands get shut down in the low season period). 4. Hope there exist efforts from Travel Triangle to get the partnered agents in one room and train them of certain policy aspects . I am confident the top mgmt at Travel Triangle is aware about this. There is increased trend in higher middle class for aportioning funds for international travel and more over distinctly pronounced trend ( at least in Mahatrashtra) to avoid travelling thru big tour-arranging companies where the cotravellers don't exactly wear compatible mind-sets. Such travellers need more design inputs while deciding on the travel period for a given location. Hope above feed back would be taken in right perspective .       Greece was always in our bucket list and we were planning to visit the country since long. Finally, we decided to make a plan for the visit. As we both are working and having a busy schedule it was difficult for us to carve out time for planning the trip. To make it easy we contacted ‘Travel Triangle’. Starting from helping us and getting through Visa process, the team has meticulously planned and booked all the necessary inter Island transfers and hotels as per our requirement. They took all the pain for making our trip smooth and memorable. The only thing which we had to do was to back our bags and experience the luxury, and serene beauty of the place.       Athens Hotel Marina Athens To start off with Athens is a beautiful city with SOME beautiful people there. Our driver Mr. Konstatino was truly a gentleman, who arrived at the airport much before the scheduled time. He was kind enough to wait for us to exit the arrivals gates. He drove us to our hotel Marina Hotel, Voulgari. Speaking of the Hotel, although the hotel was pretty good in terms of ambiance and rooms, we were kind of worried about the kind of neighborhood. Why? Well, the place was filled with immigrants from all possible countries, Bangladesh, Pakistan and our own country India. These people would hover around the hotel and i felt worried as i was out with my wife. Our security and was kind of compromised. A BIG NO-NO FOR THE LOCATION! The hotel food was not really great, they had very fewer options when it came to breakfast. The room service was prompt, our rooms were tidy up on a daily basis. We really loved the Hopp-on and Hop-off tour that was organised by the agency. Naxos Hotel Alkyoni This was really one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in! The place, food, staff, ambiance each and everything was way beyond our expectations. Amazing experience, we loved the kind of options they provided us for breakfast. The location was also perfect, right beside the beach. where one could literally see the beach from the hotel balcony. Loved the day tour and sunset temple. The property is located almost 1.5-2km from the Naxos port. A must-visit place in case you visit Naxos. Santorini Hotel Olympic. We had not-so-good experience when it was about Santorini. The hotel location (Mesaria) and must-visit sites are located too far away. More than 5kms away from Fira and almost 17-18 km from Oia. The public transport on the entire island is pathetic. Although they have buses scheduled every half an hour, they hardly follow the time table and sometimes they buses don't even bother to stop at the stops, they'll just ignore you and pass by. Our marriage anniversary was spoiled because of this public transport issue. Again a NO-NO for my side, I'd any day prefer Naxos over Santorini. What went wrong? The hotel selection in Santorini and Athens Insufficient information about some basic things like Public transport. We would have loved it if we could get the prompt messages throughout the trip (instead of waiting for us to ask something) As a travel agent, one must know about public transport, and should tell the customer in advance instead of saying "you should have asked me". It was our first time and we were expecting a lot from the agent. We were never informed about the International driving license Indian's would require to hire a bike at Santorini. A little intimation would have saved our efforts in searching buses and waiting at stops for the bus to arrive. Glad we had a sim card which helped us to navigate alot.. without that it would've been a nightmare for us to explore the city on our own.

      Had the best trip so far. Travel Triangle in alliance with Pick Your Trail are through professionals and have made my trip extremely pleasing and a memorable one. There were instances where I could sense of a glitch, but the back-up telegram team were extremely responsive irrespective of the time difference and made sure everything was spot on as per plan. I did have plan B and plan C based on my previous tour makers experience, but then nothing came near to execution as everything went very well. Cons : There were no complimentary even after it was confirmed and it was a big package and found many of the tickets which we had booked from them is higher than the prices mentioned in the specific event (if you go there and purchase).

      I have planned a trip to europe and the service which i got was more than my expectation and was excellent. The hotels, cabs and the facility in the package was beyond my expectations. Really glad to book a trip from Travel Triangle and full money value trip. Need some changes like 1. for pubs the pubs should provide or the travel company should provide a pickup service from hotel itself, no meeting point should be there. 2. from budapest to zurich i have got tain service in 2nd class, it should be first class as it is very long journey 3. instead of stay in zurich travel company suggest the client to stay in interlaken as every thing like adventure trip or mount titlis is very nearby from interlaken. but overall it was a very nice trip and thanks to travel triangle team for making my trip so memorable.
