            It was good experience. We wanted to travel himachal pradesh and was not able to find customized package for us. The travel company helped us from the beginning to end of tour. Everything thing was perfect hotels room, cab and driver was very friendly. But ya overall it was very nice experience for us and we are looking forward to feel this experience again in future by visiting remaining places of the himachal pradesh.we will visit to these place again.             We had a great experience altogether...Pickup from the Delhi airport was prompt....safe driving by the cab driver...The hotels, we stayed were good. But extra charge for the heaters by the hotels is avoidable. The travel agencies should specify about that before. They charge 400/500 per night for the room heaters...Also the travellers may avoid going to Dalhousie where nothing much to explore..its total waste of time & money going all the way to dalhousie where you can find the kajjiar is closed....Overall its good experience through trans himalaya & Travel triangle...looking forward for the better service in our next trip

            Hotels where really good, with nice view, clean rooms, good food. Nice experience on hotels. Cab driver was the worst very bad behaviour, used to take us to only those places which where costly and had his commission. He had a very bad way of looking towards my wife, had to warn him and use rough language then he apologized.

            Hi, Myself and my wife were on a trip to Himachal ( shimla- Kulu manali- Dharamsala- Dalhousie) for 8 nights and 9 days. Let me give feed back on everything . We paid huge amount for this trip , but what we got is not as per our expectations. 1) Hotels : Hotels in shimla and dalhousie and dharamsala are far from towns. And in shimla literally it took hell lot of time travelling to hotel and city in the huge traffic we have there. Food in shimla and manali is not as good as we expected. But dharamsala hotel is nice in all aspects except the distance . And I am not sure how the selection of hotels from either Travel Triangle or travel agencies happen. 2) While paying money or on itenary you do not mention any details on hill view from rooms , but later we get normal rooms with no hill view. If we ask we get reply that itne pise me itne hoga. After spending 54k just for package I don't think any customer thinks on spending 3-4 k on hill view rooms. Being in a closed rooms does not make any sense after travelling that much distance. 3) And on the travel, most of the things on itenary need us to walk or go through horses and all for which we need to spend again, u should clearly mention that on the itenary that those cant be reached by car. 4)most of the travel is simply wasted on mornings for travelling between Delhi- Shimla 12 hrs, Shimla-Manali 9-12hrs, Manali- Dharamsala 9hrs, Dharamsala- Dalhousie 4-5 hrs, again Dalhousie-Delhi 11-12 hrs, so I cam see almost 4-5 days are completely wasted on travel. Rather you should come with a good plan of organizing the travels by night and arranging local sight seeing something differently. 5) Again on the local adventure activities I can see the local authorities demand huge money with out any proper rate . Travel agencies should have tie up with some of the adventure activities organization's and provide coupons for us for normal price. We didn't perform any adventure stuff due to the huge price they demand. 6) About Driver: He is very nice, professional, humble, good and experienced on hill side driving. 1) Manali Rohtang pass , ofcourse again need to spend huge money from my pocket as there is no proper plan from travel agencies. 2) Natural beauty of Shimla and Manali .

            Overall trip experience was satisfactory. Hotels provided were good, although hotel was changed last minute in Dharamshala and was not properly informed to us. Only issue we had was with the cab driver who was non cooperative most of the time. He didnt follow timings and was rude in behavior.

            He cheated us he said to pay the due amount on last day of trip bt in btw he forced to pay n if v didn’t pay he ll cancel all booking he threatened us by sayng all dis n by sayng he dnt trust us that ll pay at last so he said to pay us in middle of trip n v did pay bcz v dnt want to spoil our trip ..             Trip to pick- They did excellent job. Hotels were good except the last one. One our first day there was some confusion from both sides and hotel was not booked for previous night. They called us to take our feedback about everything when our trip was over. They took all our feedback constuctively. Our cab driver (Reenku) he showed every not so popular but beautiful places on our way to nxt destination.Overall it was good arrangement done by travel agencies and will be booking again HM was too crowded for our liking. travel though hectic but scenic. all arrangements done by travel agents were great.

            We travelled during first week of May 2022 covering Himachal Pradesh (Chandigarh-Shimla, Manhali, Dharmshala, Dalhousie & Amritsar) The entire trip was by road and well co-ordinated by North India Tours Travels, all the tourist spots were covered as committed. All Hotels at respective points were reserved in advance, out of which only Manali Hotel was too good, where as the other were not upto the mark with respect to cleanliness and shabby service. We need to chase and remind them serveral times for the room services etc., there is no Tea Maker provided in the rooms nor they serve Morning Tea though informed the earlier day. We had a bad experience with Dalhousie Hotel owner, who has engaged his hotel for a marriage function and asking us to shift to a normal hotel, room is already reserved. The hotel is unhygenic and does't even bother about guest and the restaurant is kept very untidy. Finally would like to mention, the value for the booking amount is not satisfied. Except the travel to all destinations points by Road. Request NORTH INDIA TOURS TRAVELS.

            I had planned my trip ealier also for Bangkok , ladakh , goa , and others. This time i gave a thought of choosing travel agent for Manali because none of my close friend and family been there ... but my decision turns out to be wrong.. now i have realized we dont need travel agent to book hotel flights and transport.. there is no support from agent after payment ... i could have booked hotel by myself.. agent dont change your hotels .. they talk like i am stuck and i have to bear it.. start with flight .. they asked me first for some amount for flight booking when i transfered the amount i got call again the price is hiked and i have to pay 2 thousand more.. i had to do it.. didnt got and receipt of it there is no support before or during the trip travel triangle people dont guide excatly about the location.. for first time like me in manali they didnt bothered to tell me that heater is necessary and i have to pay extra at hotel ,,, normal sedan car doesn't work in snow Cab driver was supportive and experienced but category of car provided to us for snow season wasnt right .. they should know what kind of car to provide in season travel agent lied to us when i asked them for carrier in car before starting trip .. he said carrier in car is banned in manali so they cant provide us some of the hotels was good.. i had changed my plan last minute because of weather condition in dalhousie... and asked to change my hotel.. there was no support from the agent and i left paying extra money and search hotel from my end. if you cant do this small change in itinerary then there is no need of you. NEXT TIME BIG NO TO TRAVEL TRIANGLE THANKYOU FOR RUINING MY TRIP AND WASTING MY MONEY

            We went on a 9 day trip to Himachal on the last week of Dec 2019. The trip was well planned and executed. The Life on Vacation agent Gaurav was very helpful and available at all the times during the trip. There was a minor hassle in couple of stays which after a few calls to gaurav was rectified properly. We expected a more on trip coordination between the agent and driver which was lacking as we had to figure out the planned places ourselves at certain times. The cab driver Kamal drove very safe to all the destinations and he was very polite. Overall it was a good experience.
