            I was not happy with how few things were co -ordinated . Received the vouchers end moment leaving very little time to review . Infact the train voucher for venice was created for station very far off my hotel while there was a sation just at the walking distance (100m) from my hotel. I had to bear an expense of 50 Euro unnecessarlity for the transfer to hotel from station and i expected atleast a partial refund of my loss which never happened . Also, I had paid for the airport transfer for my return flight and its yet not reimbursed or acknowledged over mail. I just hada verbal and wats app communictaion with Yusuf. Regarding the entry tickets- considering Italy was extremely hot Collosium entry tickets were for 12pm noon , it could have been booked for an early evening or morning , I had to skip it as it was unabearbly hot . And there were lot of other gaps which i think should have been well communicated and discussed with me before they purchased the tickets (entry tickets)

            "Travel with no regrets" is what i would like to say before planning on to any trip. So i had booked a 9 Nights and 10 Days customised package to Italy (Rome, Florence, Venice) and Austria (Vienna). Well where do i start from right from airport pick, the hotel bookings, Places recommended, City tours, train travel to different cities and drop-off at the airport everything was so smooth with Street Romeo Travel planner ; they also are always there to help you if you have any queries during the trip too without any issues. Also the really good part was the pickup and drop off at the airport cause we were provided with chauffeur driven Mercedes E class cars which is usually not common and majority of the travel agents don't provide & this had not cost us extra at all everything was well within the budget estimate provided to us. I came across Street Romeo Travel planner through Travel Triangle, and they were the one who had given me the best budget for the trip so with no questions asked we went ahead with them.             First of all many thanks to infinty & beyond travel for organizing mesmerizing and hassle free europe trip! Especially devyansh & sumedha you were very supportive also great suggestion of hotels and trip, the only tip is please arrange pick up and drop of travellers for particular day tours and destination (only with child and family). Visa travel documents should assembled and cross checked by the tour company . Else everything is five star . Travel triangle and the agent company got confused with final pricing , but it didn’t got in our way to the trip vouchers. Best moments were the trip to salzburg to hallstatt, although we arranged that trip ! Best landscape and snow in the march season.

            We planned our trip to Paris and Switzerland through Wise Yatra and it was amazing, everything was planned with our recommendation being considered. The help with regards to the Visa process was also exceptional. The Hotels given to us were also nice and the staff was helpful, they were also located near a transport connection, so it was easy to travel. We were also advised on which tickets to buy for convenient public transport. Also, all our attraction tickets were pre-booked and we were provided with Google map links to reach that point through our Hotels.
