After breakfast at the hotel, the next part of your Italy & France tour itinerary includes a half day tour to the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. You sail for the island of Murano and on your way you pass by the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Public Gardens, tip of Sant’Elena and the famous Lido Beach Resort.

On the island of Murano, you stop for 40 min to visit one of its famous colored glass factories. Next on the itinerary will be the picturesque island of Burano, famous for its excellent quality lace and the bright colored fisherman houses. You stop here for 30 min and sail to the island of Torcello. Torcello, famous for being one of the earliest civilizations, houses the Cathedral, and the church of Santa Fosca. These two places stand in testimony to the former glory that the island held.
