          Advice ppl to keep max 7 day trip as more than 7 nights it become tiring. Kuwait airlines is not very good, have lot of delays , food also is very average. Activities like hop on hop off should be done on non travelling day and agent should plan them accordingly. Brussels hotel was not a very good one. average rooms and cleanliness. Bruge and Gent day tour was great. Brussels atomium museum was good, can include few more museums with atomium as it not more than 3 hrs activity. Mini europe is mostly for ppl of young age. Amsterdam was great in terms of activities we were able to do. Night pass was completely unusable, most of night clubs were permanently closed or temporarily closed, pls update the list and give the surely open on top. Country side tour was great. Paris hop on hop off is good too but not all location are worthy to visit at all. Cruise activity free with hop on hop off bus tour is very average, long waiting time with normal cruise. Not a very good activity as per my experience. Better to find some other activities in Paris. Paris hotel location was not best , was able to find hotel near to center in same price.

          I was not happy with how few things were co -ordinated . Received the vouchers end moment leaving very little time to review . Infact the train voucher for venice was created for station very far off my hotel while there was a sation just at the walking distance (100m) from my hotel. I had to bear an expense of 50 Euro unnecessarlity for the transfer to hotel from station and i expected atleast a partial refund of my loss which never happened . Also, I had paid for the airport transfer for my return flight and its yet not reimbursed or acknowledged over mail. I just hada verbal and wats app communictaion with Yusuf. Regarding the entry tickets- considering Italy was extremely hot Collosium entry tickets were for 12pm noon , it could have been booked for an early evening or morning , I had to skip it as it was unabearbly hot . And there were lot of other gaps which i think should have been well communicated and discussed with me before they purchased the tickets (entry tickets)

          Had a great experience with travel triangle for my trip to Europe. Everything was planned well & executed. Received daily updates from the Duniya Safari as well. A few sugestions for improvement: 1. A shared gondola ride was booked which was not mentioned in the itenary. A better clarity can be given beforehand. 2. Hotel in Florence was pathetic. A real mood spoiler i would say. Not at all a 3 star level. Was a residence instead with no one at the reception ever. Would suggest not to book for any other client ever.           Booked my honeymoon Europe trip (Paris & Italy) through Travel Triangle and finalized my booking with Duniya Safari. The itinerary was well-thought, well-crafted and they even modified it as per my preference. They took great care of all the things that I wanted to add on the trip. I was in constant touch with Ishita Roy and she did a commendable job in organizing everything. As we were traveling in Winters, she also took care of the weather and its impact. The VISA help was great as the Duniya safari team and the visa support consultants were constantly in touch with us and guided us through the whole process. The vouchers and the tickets were delivered well before time. Paris - The location of the hotel was good (near to the metro station & GDN). However, the room was small. The vouchers worked just as we expected. Overall it was a great experience. The airport transfer was hassle-free. Venice - Best of the lot. The hotel was really good (location, quality, and staff). The planned activities were worth it. Florence - The hotel was decent (the location was good but the staff was not exactly helpful in guiding us to reach the hotel). The Tuscany day trip was the highlight of the whole trip. Rome - The hotel, vouchers, activities were excellent. The hotel was well located and the Vatican, colosseum vouchers worked seamlessly. Overall the whole trip was a great experience thanks to Duniya Safari team. Special thanks to Ishita & Arindam who were constantly in touch with us and per-day update really helped us in planning our next day in advance. Great job guys and keep up the good work.           Many mistakes were done by travel agency ,one of the mistake is the time we arrive in Florence was 2:30pm and the Hop and Hop bus booked for that day at Florence ended at 4 :30 pm, how are we supposed to check in hotel and get on bus and roam around whole city in that one and half hour. They made mistakes in booking breakfast at Milan's hotel we had to pay for that meal again, which was already been paid by me in advance. Travel Agency said they will try to refund that but nothing has been done yet. There were free walking tours in every city which were not given as an option to us by our agent, we had to book them on our own . Hotel in Roam was overbooked and they transferred us to another hotel which was far away from main train station , we had to walk a lot because of that, and the booking agency had no idea about this . There were a lot of misunderstanding during payments due to travel advisors wrong convictions, the messages in travel traingle site were not mode of communication in the beginning we were not even aware of that, due to which we had to pay extra as one of Milan's hotel got cancelled. Loved Italy, very nice , Rome is amazing

          Duniya safari is one of the most promising up and coming tour planners in the city. We first came to know of them through the internet when we were frantically searching for customized trips to Europe. We did not want to travel through Europe in a group of 40 or 50 people where we wouldn't have any privacy or independence and we had heard those horrible stories regarding group tours from our friends and family. Duniya safari at that time was a godsend as they specialize in customized tours. Nilanjan and Arindam at Duniya safari really helped us plan our trip, they helped us with the visa application. We visited 3 countries France, Switzerland and Italy and our trip was for about 15 days &14 nights. They had pretty much-organized everything for us with airport transfers to hotel transfers, city tours and all at budget prices. We had imagined that a customized trip in Europe would be tough to manage without the guidance of a group but to our surprise, we faced little to no problem. Arindam and Nilanjan were always a phone call away and every night they briefed us regarding our itinerary the following day. We had no headache it was the best of both worlds we had the comfort of a group tour and the independence of a customized tour. We really had a great vacation we had hop on hop off bus tickets in every city we went which is the best way to see the city I think. We lived in cozy hotels and a nice cottage in Switzerland which was all arranged by them. We really travelled extensively in Switzerland we went to both Jungfrau and mt Titlis which most tour companies won't take you. All our hotels and living accommodations were in the heart of the city which made transport really easy, unlike group tours where they put you up in hotels 10,20 miles away from the city centre. So to wrap it up I would like to say that if u want to go on a customized tour which I believe is the only way to travel then Duniya safari is your guy.
