1 Flights: Flight booking was OK. Inclusive of Meal flights, option of customer for veg or non-veg to be verified and customer advised. 2 Stay: 3 places of stay at Hanoi/HochiMinh city/Siem Reap was good. 3 Pick up for tours and flights on arrival as well for Departure - Coordinators at places of tours should keep the traveller informed of next day morning pick up details for flights previous day. Tour vans for all tours in Hanoi/HochiMinh/SiemReap picked up without any trouble. 4 Vietnam picking up from/to airports was made as if secrecy has to be maintained with persons picking up not showing their Identity, which is not correct. Are we being kidnapped for secrecy to be maintined. Cambodian coordinator was far better in this aspect. 5 Siem Reap shuttle at cambodia tours were well prepared for their job as well as did not face much problem in the tours of vietnam. 6 VISA: Total mess in the case of Vietnam. Higher level Trip Pro people as well as HTT have taken this aspect very casually, putting the customer to lot of mental agony and frustration. In spite of no.6 above, I sincerely thank Ms.Tanya Malhotra for her sincere effort to help me at every stage for the tour to be completed without hitch in Vietnam and Cambodia. Finally, HTT cannot be a spectator once when the trip organiser is identified and fix dates for activities of getting visa and other matters to be organised before starting of the trip. I planned a trip with Asia Authentic to Vietnam and needless to say I had the best experience. Rossie from Asia Authentic company helped me to plan the trip and she is one of the best people on this job. She was available at all hours and helped in coordination throughout. The itinerary was a custom one and as I was travelling with my parents, she had tailored the itinerary based on my needs. The quote was very reasonable and the hotels, drivers, day trips all were spot on. Even on days when I did not have plans and had kept the day at leisure, Rossie would guide us and suggest what all we could do. I have returned from the trip with very fond and happy memories. Every day there was an advance notice and reminder for the days trip, pick-up and drop were mostly on-time, vegetarian food was good, adequate time was planned for group and individual time.. Best way to plan foreign vacation through travel service aggregator such as travel triangle: they gave multiple quotes, and trip customisation was also done to fit our requirements. . The day trip had an itinerary which was covered and food menu was also set. They made 9 day long and busy trip enjoyable with great co-ordination Best memory was on the 5th day on bana hills , in da nang with a fine weather and wonderful cable car ride in through the mist.

Our 9 Day trip was very professionally planned and very well managed. From the start travel triangle agent Ms. Kanchan and S Vietnam agent Ms. Jenna were full co operative by providing each and every information before booking the trip. Whenever we were reaching to any city the cab and assistance were on time and very responsive team in all cities have guided us. The tour was very well planned. The guides provided during the trip were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tour guide Xin in Da Nang was too good. The accommodation provided during the trip was top class and best. The cruise night was best. We were travelling with infants and tour was planned very well that we never felt any difficulties. We loved the coffee from Vietnam.
