Driver v cooperative but last day dropped us v earlier in the airport at 6pm .our drop time 10pm suffered v much for night dinner totally v enjoyed the tour..Hotel in triconmalle skandag sea view service and food remarkable Mr.Tharanga the cousine incharge the cook Mr. Sanker nd Gajendiran hospitality and kind service the delicious food they served never forgettable.         I am extremely satisfied with the travel experience, stay and ambiance in Sri Lanka. Kanka did the best job of making the trip successful. Being a vegetarian, food availability in a few hotels was a bit challenge and I had to manage it in some of the places. Our driver Dilhatha was very humble, supportive and resourceful, we enjoyed his company and became good friends. In the end, I want to call out support from the Travel triangle, Kanka, and Dilhatha for making a memorable trip for us. I would strongly appreciate them and encourage others to choose Kanka and his company for their next holidays.

        I am satisfied with services extended by Naina from Travel Traingle .I would like to Specially mention Nooha from I Am Srilanka for being patience /polite & excellent choice of hotel :except hotel Sapphire in Colombo ,all were excellent properties. But would definately like to suggest few points:[1]It would have been more helpful if you could provide opening timings of temples.ie Temple Tooth Relic opens for viewing in mornings & evenings only [evening @ 6-30]We had purchased costly entry tickets ,only to be told that we are 1.5 hour early .we missed cultural show too because of time mismanagement .Such details would have helped plan our day properly. Also Hanuman temple on way to Nuwara Eliya opens @ 3-30 pm [closed between 1-30 to 3-30] Overall , very good experience ...our vehicle was very comfortable ,our Driver Priyantha was very polite too .....Thankyou I AM SRILANKA ..would definately refer it.

        The trip was excellent as Sri Lanka is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. It's cleanliness is note worthy. The scenic beauty of the beaches, it's strong historical importance of Buddhism and the extremely well mannered citizens makes the country one of the finest tourist spot and hence a must visit for all tourists. The hotels and food at Magampura Eco Resort Village ( adjacent to Yala National Park), The Lady Hill Hotel at Galle, Kamili Beach Villa Hotel at Kaluatara were very good with special mention of The Lady Hill Hotel at Galle which was excellent. However, stay at Star White Hotel at Negombo was not good. Would recommend to avoid this place. The driver and vehicle of Vista Vacations were good and they have made the trip bookings quite well.

        It was a good trip. The driver Mr. Kumar was very welcoming and helpful throughout the journey. However, very 1st day of the trip was not so good since the first hotel provided in sigriya was very isolated and the route didn't feel safe for women's traveling. When asked for help from directlink agent they didn't provide with alternate accommodation immediately and kept us stranded in the car in heavy rains for 3 hours. Finally we were given a good hotel. Should have provided that in the first place. The journey was good and safe. Another bad experience was in Nuwara Eliya hotel (Lakeview comfort bungalow) where the manager wasn't at all cooperative and didn't had any dinner services when we arrived. Had to struggle to get our dinner ordered and the room given was not at all good and had no view at all and had to stay there for 2 nights. Could have done better with the rooms atleast. Another unsatisfactory experience was at mirissa hotel where there was no proper service at all. Just a foreigner woman who claimed she was managing the hotel and the owner was out. The sceneries were beautiful. The roads the places in srilanka were spectacular. The beaches were clean and beautiful. All the outings and the nature were the best memories. Thank you for making it a good trip. Just few hotel issues that need to be worked on. Otherwise it was amazing.

He was the best, very polite and well-behaved. The provided van was so neat and well maintained. The booked hotels were same as expected. Overall, 11/10.         The trip was good. However we had to change the hotels provided by the agent. In the process we were not provided with refund of hotels cancelled. The car was comfortable. The driver was good. Although we expected him to guide us too he was little disconnected in that respect. But no complaints on his driving. The white water rafting in Nuwara eliya and bike tour in galle were highlight. These two are must do. The jungle safari in afternoon was expensive and a total failure.

        Rating - 3 Shanil was our agent from travco and helped us chose and built an itinerary. however, the complete job post-payment was left to Janaka, our driver. Every time we reached out for a question- we were told to consult Janaka, Janaka drove well and showed up on time always, however, he did not explain the itinerary properly, talked rudely, asked us not to ask questions, skipped few spots like a strawberry garden, botanical garden, we weren't given the fee massage as promised, and the city tour was from inside the car. He forced us to go to places of his choosing - like gemstone showrooms where he might be getting a commission. He also made unexpected stops in the trip to lunch places of his choice, rather than ours. He also told us to walk to nine arc bridge when cars were going. The price quoted by Travco for activities like Whale watching and Yala safari was 2X more than the market price. We went with outside vendors and had a great experience - saw 2 leopards as well Hotels given were very good expect Galadari who had a really bad buffet for a 5 star Otherwise, Sri Lanka is very beautiful and we enjoyed the trip.

        I have very strong mixed feelings about Travel Triangle and Vista Travels. Although I had professional interactions with the attending executives from both parties, my experiences during the trip with a senior executive of Vista Travels Mr. Lance and there after for that particular aspect with Travel Triangle has left me with a very bitter taste. I recommend Travel Triangle however I will never recommend Vista vacation. Their attitude is terrible and we were literally made to feel that we should be obliged that they gave us what they did as according to their official "they are tour operators and hence are there to make money". Very very disappointing. They could have done better hotels and not charged us 6660/- LKR for a train ticket that actually costed only Rs. 1500/- LKR Yalla national park lived up to its full potential. We spotted Leopard, Elephants, crocodiles, board, birds, dancing peacocks that made our day. Sigiriya, Galle, Nuwara Elliya... Well all of the trip is memorable as Sri Lanka is so beautiful and green.
