Well I have to say that I'm always a little nervous about booking a trip online but everything worked out fine with God's grace. Our family were given nice surprises throughout our trip by Raina David (Travel Triangle) Raina David, Ms Meghana and Mr Santa Singh (My Trip Organiser and Mr Gurpreet Sharma (our tour driver and guide). we had a wonderful experience as part of our Himalayan valley Trip 2019. Many Thanks Ms Meghana and Mr Santa Singh to My Trip Organiser who helped to plan this out.. what is possible and what;s not based on the time and the peak season traffic.. Whenever we had issues with the hotel, Ms Meghana/Mr Santa was able to help us. We had 11 day trip.. Covering Shimla, Manali, Dharamashala, Delhouise, Delhi and Arga. Apart from Delhi and Arga, the trip was so amazing.. Mr Gurpreet Sharma (9803936337) was our tour driver and guide (enough though it was not his duty). He has good driving skill and is very careful on road. He's also very friendly and talk with us telling places history and stories around it. He always waited for us patiently for taking photos and taking us to good hotels and even local food places on the roads. We were picked up at our hotel and other places promptly. He had no complaint for driving night or early morning.. He always carry a smile with him from the first day until last day. Big Thumbs up for him. The location of the hotel was superb as it was quiet and away from the main hustle and bustle of the rest of Shimla. We were totally relaxed and left all our cares back on during our stay there. We would definitely be looking forward to going back again Holiday Heights Manali: We really appreciated for Holiday Heights at manali warm welcoming and excellent services. It was wonderful holiday with family in manali. we are delighted to be guided by Mr Lucky, Manager who arranged for us even the special visit to Rohtang Pass trip. Without even asking he and his staff packaged breakfast for us as we left to the trip at 4 AM. holiday heights at manali has a very professional and dedicated team. Hotel Udechee Huts, Dharamshala Beautiful location, sitting on the balcony of the hut and watching sunrise was amazing and surrounded by greenery and mountain. friendly staff, nice environment and they went on helping with special request for late night dinner even at 12 AM at the mid night as they go late to the drive to this location. I have travelled with Travel Triangle multiple times but this time especially the experience was bitter. Firstly, I did not receive any on-trip assistance from Khushi when I asked few queries. Secondly, the driver - Mr. SHYAM was highly arrogant and disrespectful. NEVER EVER travel with this guy. From Day 1 itself he started throwing tantrums(I had elder parents with me, & just because he was frustrated, asked us to go by rickshaw and leave the cab, although the lanes were wide enough for both to accommodate smoothly) Did not behave politely, started skipping few points in itenary. Would not stop at any points that are on the way unless asked and get angry over small things like change in meeting time by half hou Any questions asked were not answered properly. He would not even tell the plan for the day. He was talking to his colleagues over call about us (disrespecting manner) in front of us thinking that we would not understand. At bhagsu nag, he forcefully made us check-in to hotel before visiting the waterfall, and asked me and my elder parents to go walking on a very steep uphill(250m) giving vague reason that his car would not be able to brake on slopes due to weight whereas on other day he drove the same slope with luggage and asked to me come walking! When escalated to Mr. Nikhil, he was sort of taking drivers side instead of listening to the customer. Overall, not so smooth experience with Travel Vichar. Also, I had booked only 1 hotel of their choice in McLeod Ganj - sky heaven which had pathetic food.

The overall trip could have been better had the agency taken care of some small things. 1. At two of the booked hotels, Wistling Pine in Shimla and Savers Park in Amritsar were had been stopped for about 30 minutes or so when checking out stating that the payments were not made and that we had to pay them. It was very inconvenient. 2. We didn't get to see a few places promised in the final voucher. First, we got to Kullu in the evening and the driver stopped at a shop and said that if we wanted to buy clothes we had about 30 minutes. He said we will not visit Kullu again. So we didn't see Kullu at all. Second, we didn't visit Kasole at all. The driver said he will see if the roads to Kasole were open, he will take us. But he didn't take us there. I know for sure that the roads were open. I strongly believe he wanted to get to Dharamshala earlier so he skipped that. Third, the driver skipped all the sightseeing in Dalhousie saying that they are 50 to 60 km away so we cannot visit them. 3. When we asked for some changes in the hotel reservations, although the request being 3 days in advance, it was denied stating that the changes could not be made. 4. When we would asked the driver to take us to a near by mall or shopping, he declined the request stating the car has a gps and that hey is not allowed to. 5. At most of the hotels, we missed the breakfast because the driver wanted to leave early for the next destination.

All r good, my agents very much cooperative. Thanks to Abhishek ji and Ajoy ji..One thing i just mention my travel triangle agent Nitish Bragta, he never communicate my after my 1st installment payment. Never asked whether their is any problem or not. But before booking he called my lot of times..Customer service must be the priority... I don't recommend shimla pine tree hotel. Location wise very bad. Road condition is very bad..

Pros:1. tempo traveller & driver services are very good.2.food & accommodation are very good in all hotels that we chose. Need to improve: services & cleanliness at Sky village camping in billing, Himachal Pradesh need to be improved.it is run on solar panels as there is no electricity. We are not aware of this as we traveled with kids & seniors. Triund trek at dharamshala, horse ride in kajjiar lake, Dian kund & kalatope Trek in Dalhousie;paragliding in billing are spectacular!!!
