Hotel: hotels were good at all places except SAM, there was a better property available and we were not told about it.. like infra was not upto the mark in SAM. Cab: Innova booked was very comfortable, but driver was very reluctant to go out once he reached hotel... he insisted that you do everything and go to hotel and kept on saying, sir once we reach hotel vehicle will not go out.. even for dinner... Neeraj ji was very helpful and had fun other than these 2 things. PS: make sure you add Tanot and Longewala in your trip if going to Jaisalmer.. DONOT miss it!!!

It was hassle free excellent Rajasthan vacation for my family. What ganesham travels promised me about service there was everything. A big thanks to our driver Rajinder ji who was prompt, punctual and kind. He covered all the places that were promised and other places that were on the way without any issues. Thanks Sourabh specially for the on tour and pre tour coordination and also for the best price. We had guides at Udaipur and Jodhpur, my suggestion would be to provide tour guides at the places where there are forts and palaces that would be very helpful. The hotel Radhika at Jaisalmer was not that great compared to hotels at other places. Hotel Rani Mahal at Jaipur was ok. Overall it was a memorable and cherishable trip. A big thanks to Sourabh, Rajindra ji and Ganesham tours and travels.

It would have been great if the travel agent taken care of hotel check in on day one and travel agent didn't provide the requested cab and drive who would have the knowledge of trip... I had requested the agent I wanted a cab driven who knew all places... travel agent was very fast in arranging and booking of things... I would have given 5 stars if proper arrangement of hotels and cab was done... some plus points of agent was they where checking on us every day and keeping track of everything... driver was not guided properly by travel agent... but then drive did his best to cover up as much he can... We were a group of 5 (senior citizens and a child as well) and had specific requests which was taken care very well. Whenever we called for some enquiry, it was readily adressed. The team is very professional and open to suggestions. Kumbhalgarh trip, Udaipur, MountAbu and especially the drive around the Aravalli Range was phenomenal

My entire trip to Rajasthan was excellent. The driver provided by the travel agent was very courteous and skilled. Special thanks to Preeti from Back to Holiday for her constant support and helpful coordination throughout the journey. Visiting Udaipur and Jaipur Fort, exploring Bikaner Fort, and enjoying the sand dunes of Jaisalmer with thrilling bike rides and camel rides.

We had a memorable trip to Rajasthan booked through Travel Triangle, though our experience was somewhat mixed. The cab driver assigned to us was truly dedicated and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every restaurant he recommended was excellent, and the sightseeing throughout the journey was absolutely fabulous. That said, I would advise exercising caution when booking 4-star accommodations through the agent. It's important to clarify that we were referring to official hotel ratings, not guest reviews. Unfortunately, the agent’s interpretation did not match ours. Three out of the five hotels had ongoing renovation work, which significantly affected our comfort. Although the agent did try to make changes to minimize the inconvenience, the replacement hotels were not of genuine 4-star quality either. The most disappointing experience was the camping stay at Juma Resort in Jaisalmer. The property was infested with crickets, making it uninhabitable. Four families, including ours, ended up leaving the resort and paying out of pocket for alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, this was not even communicated to the travel agent at the time. On a positive note, our request for a rollaway bed for our daughter was fulfilled as expected, which we appreciated. In summary, while the itinerary and driver exceeded our expectations, the hotel arrangements — particularly the Jaisalmer experience — left considerable room for improvement.

Plus points: Planning done and support provided by Mohit was really good. Cab driver Ramkrishna ji was very kind and good person. He is very pention and cleaver driver, knows every point and places. Also he suggested some good places where we enjoyed local tasty food. Things need to improve - Hotels were not upto the mark except Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.Service and room conditions are not so good. Worst hotel was at Mount abu. Next rank -The Balam in Udaipur. As we paid for 3 star hotels but the services and facilities were like 1 star hotel for these 2 places.

Jaisalmer - golden city trip was very delightful i.e Sam sand dunes, camp stay, night dj , camel Safari , Jeep Safari . Wanted to have more of adventure or activity type trip which we found out in jaisalmer and kuldhara village, bhangarh fort

Very helpful transparent and flexible travel agency. For our rajasthan trip, i had multiple discussions with Pooja to finalize the itinerary, including places that we wanted to visit. As we had small kids with us and were travelling in the peak of winter, appropriate rooms with heater, were arranged in Jaisalmer. All the hotels allotted were up to the mark. Small incidental problems were resolved with one call to Pooja. The driver and car allotted was also good. I would definitely recommend Rajasthan desert holidays and pooja.

9 days trip to Rajasthan -> udaipur, jodhpur, jaisalmer, bikaner, pushkar, Ajmer and Jaipur. We were told that the driver will be familiar with all places to visit but unfortunately he had no idea about any city other than udaipur. Additionally, he did not even have a map. He was dependent on the guest to help him with directions on mobile. Because of this we wanted a lot of time figuring things out which could have otherwise been utilized for site seeing. Neither the agent nor the driver informed us about timings of important places that close as early as 4.30pm. Evenings wasted! Overall experience is that I ended up planning activities of the day instead of relaxing n enjoying the trip.
