We had a great trip of 9 days at Uttarakhand. We finalized package from Adventure Mania team. Our Stay, food and travelling was great. Hotels and their service and food were good. Driver Rakesh Kumar was great with good driving skills. We had to travel long journey(around 300kms at a time) in mountains but his driving skills didn't made us sick at all. We and our baby enjoyed travelling and his company. Thanks for the great service. Just payment method was not proper. We were asked to pay at every hotel and also to driver, so in this we ended up giving 1100 rs extra (apart from the card charges) from the finalized package amount.

We have enjoyed every part of our tour and will remember beauty of uttarakhand always especially Ranikhet.Though foods provided in hotels were good, amenities and quality of accommodation provided in Trihari hotel at Rishikesh were far from satisfactory.Wardrobes were not at all not functional and usable at hotel Parijat retreat Ranikhet and Dynasty resort Nainital.Ambience of Dynasty resort Nainital was also not good as already shared in photo with you.There was also no arrangement for ironing of clothes in any of the hotels which we feel is must.In short we are wondering whether these hotels are really 3 star ⭐⭐⭐ rated hotels. However,there was quick response from your team whenever we discussed any issue with them and we really appreciate their efforts.Cab driver also behaved nicely afterwards and safely drived the vehicle throughout the tour. We expect you to kindly be in touch with these hotels and ask them to update the facilities befitting 3 star rating and comparable with international standards. Thanks and regards We will never forget the beauty of uttarakhand and Ganga aarti performed at Rishikesh.

Hotel Rooms were not provided as per detail discussion with Mr. Dinesh Bhandari of Trip Sailer. However the cab-operator Mr. Rajiv Sood was a very Nice Person . He was very co-operative and helpful.

It was an amazing trip arranged by mountain heavens. Harshita co-operated with us & shared the itinerary as per the customization that we needed. She even called us during the journey to check on us if everything was going well. Above everything, Tarun who was our driver, guide, friend everything during the entire 9 day trip & made our experiences at every destination even better. He guided us correctly, he kept checking on us if we were comfortable or needed anything. And also had fun with us like a friend. Highly recommend Tarun for every trip planned by mountain heavens.

Nikita was incredibly helpful in creating a tour package exactly the way I wanted. Just had few issues regarding how rushed I felt while making payments and sudden changes in the payment schedule. Otherwise everything was perfect thanks. The cab driver Neeraj ji was a kind and very patient man. He would take a lot of care while driving in such dangerous ghats and narrow roads. He was very careful because my mother is a senior citizen and can't handle speed. He is a skilled and patient driver and we had a very good trip thanks to him as well. I just have one issue, he spits a lot!!! Right on the roads while driving. This is a bad behaviour during normal times itself, but this being Covid times it's twice as horrible!! That is my only issue with him, otherwise he's an excellent driver and a good person in general. Some of the best memories with my mom. Boating, beautiful scenery, amazing weather and food. Great people and hospitality. Beautiful holiday!! Thank you so much for helping create such wonderful memories.

Hotels were awesome except in corbet and rishikesh Driver was good however he doesn’t know about places Cab was pathetic, very bad condition, smelly, lot pf vibration. Cab operator does not maintain car even do not put money in FASTag.

Throughout only Mamta could resolve our queroes and help us for some last minute accommodation. Sonali was also helpful but non responsive at times. Worst experience with Coordinator Shashank and Driver Mohan. Promised something else and delivered something else. Spoiled our trip becaise of driver otherwise everything was perfectly arranged and everything related to service calls was responsive from Mamta. I'll give 5 stars to Mamta but nobody else. Auli, Mussoorie and Nainital.

The first two days of our trip was a total waste of time because of the lousy cab that reported to us one hour after we landed in Dehradun. And after that he has no money to pay the finest as his wheel was locked by the authorities for parking over time . Due to this attitude of the driver ,we were delayed for our trip to Rajaji and further that delayed and we missed the ganga Aarti at Haridwar . The next day too the same cab driver was hanging around and we refused to go in that car . PLEASE NOTE- This can was different than the video and photographs of the vehicle that was sent to us before booking the travel agent . Finally Mithila travels agreed to send us a better car and said that we have to pay ₹1500/- per day extra .. When we demanded to cancel our entire trip and asked for refund .. this price was brought down to ₹500/ per day and we had to accept because we were just hanging around Dehradun doing nothing for two days . Senior officials of Travel Triangle were also involved in solving the issue. After change of the vehicle & driver ..After understanding of the situation.... After the change of car & driver

Overall trip was too good. The only issue was in rishikesh the hotel was too away from the city area and in nainital hotel were not good enough. Cab driver was too good and cooperative.

Two of the hotels provided did not have wifi despite promised. The driver did not have idea that he was also our guide. I suppose he had the itinerary, but would need to be pushed in following the same. The Clarissa resort in Corbett was very sub standard for prize we had paid. It was a good trip but could have been better.

The support and assistance from staff was very very unprofessional. The Travel Contact person was all in for help before entering the package. After the package was bought, the service was always declining for example no detailed answers for queries, no call back, no timely updates, no itinerary support, no details provided over call, asked to read through rather than explaining. During journey the support from TripSailor was pathetic. We didn't want to avail stay at Kausani and in turn wanted to extend stay at Nainital but TripSailor refused upfront. Later, on the day when we reached Kausani at 9pm (as per schedule) for stay the manager informed that my booking has been cancelled for the night. It was shocking as we were informed that booking couldn't be cancelled. I came to know that booking was cancelled at 5.30pm on that day. TripSailor didn't bother to inform us. Also, at Rishikesh the camp stay which was offered to us was very very bad. We were provided with deluxe tent stay, TripSailor didn't help.us with any service there even after requesting for upgrade as we found it way difficult in stay which was offered. I will not recommend anyone to avail this service. Very very unprofessional. TripSailor is only interested to take bookings, earn money, no proper service and responsibility taken. We had very good experience with Trip Driver, Mr Rajeev. He is a great friend. Will recommend him to my friends. Hotel stay service at kausani, service at Nainital was awesome. Full marks.

Excellent hotel selction. Mr. Aman Singh is asset to your company. During our sojourn, Mr. Singh always enquired about our comfort , discomfort etc. Driver Mr. Ram Niwas is a gentle man with old model cab with no songs playing on throughout the trip and window glass was manually needed to be closed and opened. We enjoyed our trip of Uttarakhand to our heart's content and will cherish the sweet memories for ever
