      Hotel booked for Munnar stay is located well before (10KM) the Munnar. When reached to the booked stay place we were asked to go 3 kms away from that place and so we are giving some other place to stay than the one that is booked. Allappey house boat stay is good. Not an excellent cab service, but it is good. Overall the vacation is good.

      Cab was clean and driver was professional and always on time , helped us every step of the way. Munnar hotel had beautiful view and good food. Houseboat staff was really good and helpful , food was amazing.. although houseboat condition could have been better , it needs improvement in terms of upkeep .. over all it was amazing trip and we loved every bit of it.

      We have a good experiences with Travel triangle... All are went well. Only concern was that it was very rouse time and we were unable to visit any place in munnar. Apart from that we didn't face any issue from travel triangle agent or hotel or tempo traveller. Best memories we had in houseboat.. It was so cool and service was so friendly. We enjoyed a lot on house boat.. It was really a great experience.

      The Trip was well planned by Fly Go. Boat House Stay & Site seeing were Awesome. Mr. Akhil (Driver) was very friendly & supportive. Had some issues with the Hotel River Tree. Hotel was good in terms of Infrastructure but it was lagging in Sevice 1) There was wifi in room as mentioned at time of booking. 2) No Channel were subscribed on TV. 3) Service from hotel staff was also not good. 4) Cafeteria on 3rd floor without lift makes it difficult for old people. Overall Trip experience was very good. One unique & supprise element was that Mr. Akshay from Flygo was always interacting with us & taking our feedback for any issues faced and tried to solved them. This was something unique which I haven't seen earlier.

I must make a special mention of truly exceptional services provided by Raisoone Travels. Right from the start of the trip to the end, He remained in touch with me asking for feedback and making my stay and tour comfortable. The hotels that he selected were all very nice properties that fit perfectly in my budget with some special add ons thrown in.. He arranged everything from airport drop and transfers as per and was taking care of minor issues with drivers as well. Cab, driver and itinerary was too good, I covered most of the points.       The Hotel in Thekkady no hot water was provided in the evening. The Alleppey Boat House Cathey Pacific is the worst one. Without checking you have booked. No TV in working condition, Bathrooms were in bad shape, they brought us to a short distance and back so soon at 8 am. These should be taken care before booking. Food in the boat house was not an appreciable one. Ok we can say. One double room payment in Thekkady was excessively paid without availing because 2 persons absent in our trip. Take these as our feed back. The climate in Thekkady was very good and enjoyed a lot.

      Hotels were good. But as soon as we reached, we had to stay in homestay as hotel check-in was late, this should be taken care. We had to pay extra and stay in homestay. Driver was not very cooperative. Found him little rude also. There was language issue too..

      Jungle resort has provided worst service. No room service, leakage of rain water. They tell it as resort but it is worst than normal lodge service. None of the assure trip executive has given the complete information about house boat. Vehicle and driver was good, polite, supportive and cooperative.
