          It was great experience. We had good experience overall. Good hospitality and sevice by cab drivers and hotels. Raji and Anil took care of cruise tickets and cab drivers were waiting at every location when we arrived. It was really good coordination done by Sai travels. One thing I should mention that we missed our mobile in jotel room and found only after reaching airport. Mr. Anil went back to hotel and brought it hack to us in spite of severe traffic. We are grateful for this activity.

Timing and schedule of cruise timing is very crucial while visiting Andaman as people may miss many opportunities. We miss trip to rose island and/or Chidiya tapu to the timing of cruise.           This trips is set in my memorable bucket trip list. Raji and his company are provided very good hospitality and in case any problem they are always there .Only facing problem in havelock Island, As Cab driver "Mahesh" was very rude and did very bad behavior with us. It is request that never ever provide this cab driver to anybody. We discussed the same with Raji and she make the cab driver changed very next day. Raji and his company are realy very good and helpful.

          Breakfast at PEARL PARK at Shaheed Dwip did not contain any fruit. Breakfast at BLUE HORIZON didn't contain any fruit. Mattress at everywhere is more spongy than required. On request, SEA HILLS and BLUE HORIZON changed only one Mattress. Please arrange to make available 4" thick coir mattress in place of traditional thick mattress as it is discomfort to some people like us. In our package, complementary snorkeling was given, but it was like demo snorkeling that was of no value. Proper snorkeling is chargeable.. the travel agent should have informed. In cruise too, the travel agent did not ask before booking our seats, like which seat we want like window seat or any thing else. I mean before booking they should have asked or informed everything.In all our cruise journey we got middle sit and in the last cruise, 3 of my family got seperate seats. In Sea hills resort, swimming pool was under construction. I booked that resort for that only.. I even asked them. In pearl park resort, swimming pool was very dirty. Many dead flies were floating in the pool. In symphony resort, room service was not appropriate. Even no one recieves phone. Electricity was going off again and again. Water rides, corals. Amazing

          I recently booked a 5-day trip to Andaman islands (Port Blair/Havelock/Neil) via Happy Trip Travels through Travel Triangle.           Thanks to Travel Triangle, through Aman of Holiday Feats, we had an excellant 8 day holiday tour of Andamans. Right from the start to the last day we did not face any problem in the tour. All our changes and issues were solved within no time before the visit. I did not even had to call Aman any time during the stay. The Hotels were perfect, excellant food made as per our choice everywhere. The stay at Runway Inn at Port Blair needs a special mention. The manger was always on his toes to help us in everything. The roof top restaurant was spacious and airy with the Port Blair runway just yards away! The live kitchen was spick and span. The other hotels were good too. Laxmi continental hotel was situated in a world of its own with greenery all around. I would be doing injustice the the drivers who were punctual all throuout and helped with tickets and ferry boardings. They gave us insights into the life in the islands. And yes we had a action packed holiday! I would recomment Aman, Holiday Feats, to anyone who would like a trouble free visit to Andamans

          Viswanath and Sankar did a great job of point-to-point pick up and drop. We were 6 of us, with 6 travel bags and 6 hand bags. Obviously, all of us would not fit in one Ertiga, and therefore they arranged 2 Ertiga's for us (bags and passengers, separately). There was some mis-communication about a particular visit in the iternary, and Viswanath-Geeta (From Travel Triangle) sorted it out in a jiffy. The hotel staff and facilities were decent, and WiFi was good. Cable TVs channels were good-average, depending on where we were staying. TT did a great job getting us a beach resort at Havelock. Nautika rides were best, especially from Havelock to Nein. Other ferry rides were average. There could be more efficiencies in taking people around, especially at Light Show/Cellular Jail. Overall, a pleasent experience.

          A lot of water sports activities were said to be available, but it turned out that only 2 / 3 activities were available in which we were not interested. The Hotels were very neat and well managed. The Cabs were clean , nicely maintained and very well organised, The Drivers were also very Good. The co-ordination for the Scuba diving from the agent was not very well organised. On the whole we enjoyed the trip.
