        Trip to Auli,Haridwar,Rishikesh Agent reaches out to you only before you make booking confirmation and then for asking money. It is you who needs to call & follow up. Trip was good. Mr.Rajeev our cab driver was quite supportive. Hotels which I suggested and asked to changed were good, the other hotels were not upto the mark in comparison to the money we paid to them.

        There was no support in case of emergency ,when we asked the driver t take us to the doctor ,he denied and asked for extra money .Itinerary was not properly organised and there was lack of communication as well .

        The trip started with good experience the stay in haridwar, joshimatha,auli but the second last day & last trip we really had bad experience because the stay we got in chopta was really scary as advised in the iternary that was 200mts down but it was 650 mts down where we requested the Eden camp owner we want to change camp but he didn't do it ND even saw skull nd bones thrown near to kitchen dn we thought we cannot stay back there,thanks to our driver RAVI he was very helpful nd supporting all around the trip he helped to search hotel even the same situation happened in Rishikesh they gave stay as Samridhi Retreat when we reached the hotel they said there are no bookings we noonetried travel agency where noone receiving call to Inform what next step...it was like mental torture and harrashment for the tourist...later we searched hotel on our own and stayed back in Rishikesh. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE BOOKINGS AS IT IS MENTIONED IN ITERNARY IS NOT SAME..

        Overall trip experience was poor .Before booking ,they provided us a schedule of online payments ,still we were receiving frequent calls regarding payment ,and also as it is mentioned for online payments ,they were asking for money on different account and with different payment mode .Before payment was done they were in continuous contact with us but once the trip was started ,our travel agent said she is no longer our point of contact and shared some other guy's number ,who was not picking the call from start to end of trip .Regarding hotels ,the bookings were not properly done due to which we faced several issues .Even though cab was booked but payment was not done .Overall ,there was huge difference between the number of calls we received for payment and the number of calls for customer support or help.

        Cab facilities were not upto the mark. Driver did not run AC wherever required and possible. Driver was driving real fast which was risky and could be considered as a rash driving. Although behaviour was ok but his driving was scary. Other than this , hotel at Joshimath could have been better. But overall, I enjoyed this trip. My sincere thanks to Navdeep my travel agent, his active presence via mobile communication was one good thing. I would recommend others to use his service.

        Overall trip experience was not so great even though it's not entirely due to agent only but environmental factors as well. I would have expected agent to manage the whole trip in case of changing weather and other conditions which is expected in this trip. Did not get that kind of support from agent. I had to push keep pushing him which was quite frustrating. Not really happy with overall experience
