We booked our first international trip to Bali through them. Got enough support to get details of travel, hotel choices, flight choices, places to visit etc. We always had our car and guide at the hotel so no issues of any hassle there. Pros: Guidance was enough and good Agent is approachable on whatsapp even in your travel The cab was good, clean and available on time when we needed Offered enough options of hotel to choose from Issues faced: 1. Guide was not keen to spend any time in any of the places and kept saying negative things about places so that we dont go or dont spend much time there and he can get free asap. We had told the travel agent that we will not be going to couple of places mentioned ni the itenary rather we can see some other place on the way (if any) and the same we told to our guide but he said there is nothing else to see and for most of the places he said it will take 3 hours to reach etc. We saw so many guides going along with their clients and explaning things, clicking pictures etc but our guide was dropping us at the entrance and told us to visit and come back soon. We also asked the guide to take us to any local market but said there is no market and made many excuses and he took us to a veyr expensive exhibition saying its cheap here for Indians where as the prices were 4 times higher then any other market (which we explored near out hotel etc ) 2. Jepun spa is shady, please avoid taking spa there. 3. You can also skip Scuba which they offer as the water there is not very clean and you barely see anything. Even in Nusa Penida the driver did not take us to 1 place (out of 5 mentioned by travel agents) saying it will take lot of time and we kept waiting more then an hour for the fairy to arrive, this time could have been used to visit one more place. Holiday Inn hotel is decent at the cost they charge the only issue is breakfast options for Vegetarians courtyard by Marriott is very good property with decent veg food options.

Kudos to travelope team Ronak and Sonali. They arranged everything flawlessly. Gusti was so helpful in Bali. The arrangements made were above our expectations. Hotels, cars and drivers were fantastic. We were given what was promised to us. One thing about Ronak I liked the most is that he was honest and clear about what he can offer us. No false promises. Our first preference would be travelope for our future travels. Thanks guys. Hotel in ubud was just too awesome. They arranged morning walk activity of ubud village which is unforgettable.

I am not rating for the hotel since its booked at my end. Services of Als destination needs more detailed plan for the trip. Itenerary could have been much better, major attractions were not covered, city tour had nothing much to be happy about and dubai aquarium underwater zoo was no fun at all.. There was a communication gap on the city tour day for which we had to wait 3 hrs for the cab to arrive and such sheer disappointment that next time I would never go for this travel agent. Desert safari and creek cruise.

I think the hotel & location selection was very good! So thanks for the recommendation. The hotel and the room was very nice. And it was not too far away from Ubud centre or generally other things in Bali. Yet it had a secluded feeling and an AMAZING view overlooking the rainforest and river below! The rooms have started to show their age a bit though. As for the itenarary, the best location was the Tibumana Waterfall. Even the sunrise trek was very nice, which can be easily swapped for a car tour if people don't like trekking. Tanah Lot temple was closed when we reached because of the high tide so it's important to time this visit properly. Over all the trip was Excellent.
