Our trip was good ,all the activitis in the itenary has been covered,some issues we have faced was reply after confirmimg the trip was slow ,activity voucher awareness wasn't informed early through whatsup or informed properly as i have taken hotel voucher early if informed properly stress at that moment would have been reduced, it caused some delay in doing the activities ,rooms could have been closer to activities,some procedures like day exact schedule point by point if informed early we would have been more aware and freeup ,candle light dinner arrangement was very good but the food taste is below average though the setup and food was arranged by the hotel travel agent mentions in the discussion as beach dinner would be bad within the hotel will be good as considering the point food was very much dissappointing ,overall it was wonderfull experiences in bali definetely a memorable trip.

Traveller can be better guided about timings of reporting at places and how many things can be covered in a day keeping distance & customer comfort in mind. Nusa penida visit was not fully fulfilling since time was constraint even after overnight stay Merusaka hotel stay. Pool villa stay, beach club visit, etc

The agent was very responsive until the end moment and it was very smooth trip without much hiccups. I would definitely recommend the agent to anyone who is planning. The giant swing and the jungle and the jungle safari + monkey forest were the highlights of my trip.

We were on our honeymoon, our bookings were made by ALS destinations. Overall experience was great, from online booking till our return trip from Bali & Singapore. One issue was with my "romantic candle light dinner" at Queens (Bali) which was just a "normal dinner" (reduced star ratings because of this experience) didn't like it at all. Except this everything went smooth and as per the plan. Our initial stay at Umar Villa, Ubud was awesome (highly recommended)!!! Also, I would like to mention about our driver Suwantara Wayan, who is not just a good driver but also a good photographer, we just loved his company. At last, I would recommend travel triangle for any international vacation one may plan from India; the staff (Pooja, Bhoomika, Manpreet) were quick to respond all our queries. Both Bali and Singapore are great place to visit. We loved our trip to Lembongan Island through cruise

Excellent planning, customisation of plan as per our needs, helpful travel agent. Has been a wonderful trip iverall Gili islands water sports and atv ride. We enjoyed all the activities

Als travel sales agent - Pooja was pathetic. The sales agent overcommitted at the time of booking. Provided false information like the package included entry fee etc. she even changed hotels and placed us in 3 star instead of 4 star after we had made payment giving unconvincing reasons. No support was provided with visa etc. once she receives the booking payment she speaks to clients with a deaf ear and no respect. Before the booking she is all about how she can support and ensures all support like flight tickets, visa guidance etc will be provided, the moment you make advance payment she changes her tone and then has an attitude that book Else leave it without a refund. However I must acknowledge that the operation agent Amita was coordial and tried to support in the best way possible. She was fantastic and did her best to adresss our concerns in the new country etc. and make this travel a good experience. However due to the sales agent Pooja Jha’s poor work ethics and professionalism unfortunately it was not a great experience

The overall experience was very good. The hotels selected were good. We stayed in 3 hotels out of which Hotel Rama at Kuta and Hotel Desa Swan in Ubud were very good. But the stay in Ramada encore at Seminiyak was not good and their services are also not good. The Cab Drivers were punctual and knowledgeable and were part of the overall wonderful experience that we had. I really thank Travel triangle for being our travel partner in our international travel journey. The kechak dance at Ulluwatu temple was really exceptional.

We were 2 families (8 persons) travelled to Bali.The places we covered is kuta, Gili and Ubud . All the arrangements and itinerary created by Felix Feria Travels is quite comfortable and hotels booked were quite awesome . The transport arrangements were always on time and was coordinated well. Starting from deciding the itinerary, suggestion of places to cover and the hotel suggestion from travel agency was quite impressive . Great experience

It was a very good experience. The guide at Bali was really good and exactly knew what we needed. But the trip to Nusa penida was not that good, Guide was not responsive, he seemed to be more of driver than guide. The food at Nusa Penida was very bad. Stay at villa with private pool was a very good. Overall trip was good and enjoyed a lot.

It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely. The cab and the driver who guided us to have the fabulous bali trip to the hotel rooms as well as the service provided at the hotel was fantastic. The trip was ultimately a 5 Star trip.
