1. Ms Shilpi Jain from TT was really professional and supportive. She was quite cooperative in planning phase and also during the trip itself. She deserves 10/10 2. Local driver cum guide for the trip - Mr Gus Tino, wasn't upto the mark. He changed itinerary as per his own choice and will. On day one he made us travel 7 hours on road and still we couldn't tour Uluwatu Temple and missed Kecak dance too just because Mr Gus decided to changed itinerary on his own. It was really horrible start to the trip., We missed dinner at Indian restaurant and ended up eating packaged cold food at hotel late in the night. Mr Gus wasnt aware about local attractions, their timings, attire required, food availability, etc. He depended on Google maps for planning the trip daily. Only saving grace was that he was a good driver. 3. Indian food at Ubud was good (Ganesha restaurant was really good). Suggestion - You should include Kailash Parbat Restaurant in Ubud as its the best one around. 4. At Kuta, Queens restaurant was really not upto the mark. 5. Also at these restaurants, I felt they considered Prepaid Indian Tourists as liability. 6. At both the hotels (Bintang Bali resort as well as Sthala resort), we were given last room at extreme end of the property. Hotel staff was really good but we paid for 5 star property so expected good rooms with better location. Breakfast was fine. 7. Booking, payments, follow-up with TT was really good 10/10 One suggestion: Kindly whatsapp/text the number of person/driver who's going to receive the tourist at airport. Its impossible to find your name among thousands of people holding placards.

We didn't feel dis-comfort or any issue throughout the trip. All the cab drivers were very polite and punctual. Great Service! Smooth Trip!! Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Craft your stories has made my trip very smooth. Everything was planned so well. I was a solo traveler. Akansha khandelwal from craft team has taken care of everything and made sure I travel comfortably. However the hotel choice was not so good and can be done better next time. Aloha swing activity was the best part of trip. I really enjoyed it.

Bali was an outstanding and new experience for us. The trip planned was wonderful and with precise timing. We covered all famous spots in Ubud (like swing, waterfalls, Volcano) and Kuta, Nusa Penida island, Bali safari etc, one of the most adventurous thing that we experience was the water sports that we enjoyed. Also the hotel we stayed were excellent with Indian food . Overall the trip was very good. Thank you. excellent trip.

the travel agent Rameez from "take a break holidays" was very helpful and was able to manage the trip well. the partners in indonesia were not very helpful since we faced few issues in terms of local sight seeing inclusions, type of room etc. But thanks to Rameez we were able to have a good family trip.

Hotels were fabulous, services in the hotels were also great. Cabs were ok, but drivers sometimes didn't prioritize food. Candle light dinner was not at all good. Hello Travel Triangle, We had our travel between 14th - 24th 1 day Malaysia and rest of the days in Bali. Arrangements were perfect and itinerary was well planned by Travelope/Travel Triangle. Also thank you for the last minute help with Malaysia visa as we had a 16 hours layover and the day trip around Kaula lampur was just perfect for a day visit. We covered Battu caves, Mosque, Petronas towers and china town. Bali we covered Tanah lot, nbc water activities, melasti beach, Garuda wishnu, Tegalallang Rice Terrace,uma pakel swing and coffee and tea tasting was amazing. Especially the lemon grass tea was refreshing. Next we also covered Tegenungan Waterfalls,tirtha empul, lempyan temple, tirtha ganga, Elephants at one of the resort near by Pondak sebatu villa in Ubud, sunrise Trek to mount Batur. We also covered Nusa penida for a day with view points of crystal bay,broken beach, kelingkan T rex,Angel's Billabong. We chilled in Gilli Island and the sunset was amazing. Overall service was amazing and thanks to Tanvi and Ronak for all the help for organising this trip. Good communications on WhatsApp and also by the local contact person Mr.Gusti. Drivers were friendly. Expect one driver at nusa penida he was hurrying us a lot and it was not cool he was judging very bad and the way he made his reactions would make you feel demotivated for a the trek at the T rex in nusa penida. Well after i finished the trek he was really shocked that I went down and came back. Well the beach down there is such an amazing place and not be missed at all!! One advice the drivers try to deviate and suggest places for shopping. We made sure to reject the places and said no for unnecessary stops as those place are simply a rip off. Overall well planned trip within budget. We had an amazing honeymoon

The trip was worth..hotel in yogjakarta first night was changed and not to our expectation. Resorts in Bali were excellent..but villas alloted were far from entry point .which was a bit difficult to access for we are citizens .Air Asia flight were bad..they changed our return flight thru Bangkok..in place of KL .for which we had to incurr addition expenses for RTPCR All the places were awesome
