        Phuket arrangement is good. Honeymoon supplement is in itneray but not actually available. After reaching India they told us that we have to ask to hotel persons but not guide at the initiation of tour. Karabi: There are Power Cut in Mid Night from 2 AM to 4 AM in resort. No alternate arrangement of power at resort. We are not able to sleep due to darkness and hot summer night without AC or Fan. Karabi to bangkok. They have arrange flight of Viatjet where they not allowed any baggage check in. We are not aware of that and we have to pay 867 bat for checking luggage. The travel agent told that they have arrange one check in baggage complimentary but not clearly told to us and there are communication gap. At Bangkok airport: delay of one hour in our pick up as no pick send by bangkok team at schedule time at 11.00 AM. They did'nt answer our watsup messages. We are waiting and searching our name card person for one hour. On last day at Bangkok: our schedule pickup is at 8 AM for Safari World Howerver, actual pick up done at 9.40 AM, We are waiting like fool at hotel lobby. reached late by 2 hours at SAFARI world and miss two shows. Further they have attached us to another group and their leader ask to come out at 3.00 PM to visit safari by VAN. We follow his instruction as foolish persons and come out at 3 PM with missing a star war show. However, their group has not came out and they will came out after 4 PM and we are waiting for same. by this miss management of Bangkok team., we have missed 3 evening show of safari world. After that they ask to come out from van as we are coming by taxi and they will arrange taxi. at ticket counter of safari world round trip by van they ask for ticket and we have further follow Bangkok team and not reply of our watsup msg. We feel that we have pay for full day and get enjoyment for half day. In return from Safari world to Hotel it takes 3 hours as no express way tole payment arrange in tour so we have to waist our time on roads of bangkok. We feel that entire last day of trip has gone waist.

        i had planned an honeymoon trip to Thailand, preferably Bangkok & Phuket. A best place for our trip to enjoy a lots of places and arrangement done by ratheesh kumar in wing & wheels is excellent. Everything is customized and flexible to us. Every thing went well. A nice stay at 4 star hotel and be on time is very excellent with guide and cab drivers and the way they directed us. The only mistake is i have planned 1st to visit bangkok. It is more populated city and getting visa at bangkok is time consuming process. i request to plan 1st to phuket or karabi then visit bangkok for easy visa approval.

        Hotels in Bangkok and Phuket were amazing , Hotel in Krabi didn't provided the desired service and room , staff was rude. Secondly Travel agent cheated on Scuba Diving and Bangkok City Tour which was totally fake and waste of time and money. Had great memories in Phuket and Scenic beauty of Krabi was also amazing apart from above mentioned two Glitches..Please look into the same.

        It was the first time I booked the package with travel triangle and the agent "Kingdom of Holdiays". Overall the trip was great. 1. The hotels were the best in Phuket, Krabi and Bangkok, but in Pattaya, it was worst. I wish the agent had recommended a better hotel there. 2. The private cabs which were allotted were good. 3. The itinerary was chosen by me and was executed by the agent well. 4. In Pattaya alone, a cab was not given as per the voucher. We faced so much difficulty in commuting. I wish the agent had recommended properly on this. 5. The agent had told me that there was no need to give island fee in 4 island tour and phi-phi tour, but in both places, I paid it. This was an extra expense. Apart from pattaya and island fee, everything went well. Thank you for an amazing trip "Travel Triangle" and "Kingdom of Holidays". Hope i get refund of island fee i paid.

        Cab driver in Phuket dropped in wrong hotel instead of Swissotel resort , Kamala Beach he drop and went away Patong Beach hotel. When I check in find out the mistake. Immediately i contact emergency group after 1 hour another driver come and pickup & dropped. This is only issue other wise over all good. I plan this trip because of my 50th Anniversary. ASAP Dolly very supportive. She provide 5 star hotel in Phuket Swissotel Resort Kamala Beach. Very nice and over all arrangement is good.
