First of all thanks to travel triangle for planning out trip . It was very proper and scheduled as per our requirements as we where travelling with an infant. Everything was stated beforehand for hassle free travelling. As a family we where very satisfied with all the services provided . Thank you and looking forward to plan next trip with u . Best memory was a day trip to phi phi islands . Such a beautiful place , wish we had more time to spend there.

The hotels' atmosphere was fantastic, and the cabs were really cozy. Particularly, Parul and Tarun of the Travel Triangle are simply outstanding. Our children had a great time and we were quite comfortable thanks to their coordination the entire trip. Once more, I want to thank the group. Hopefully, we'll be able to plan some other countries soon.

I booked Hotel & Transfers. Hotel was good and transfers are very smooth. They make one watsapp group for us that make convenient to get connected with agency. whenever I face any problem I contacted them & within no time all my problems get resolved. It is very important when you are in some other country. I highly recommend this travel agency for your future .

Hemant was very supportive in curating the itinerary for my flexible vacation to Thailand and always responsive whenever I messaged/called him even during the trip. We had planned the vacation to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday!! This I had informed right from the time of booking to the time we landed in Bangkok to all the people i was coordinating with and was asked to speak with. (Mr Piyush Saxena / Mr Ankush Bharadwaj / Natcha were well aware of the occasion). When we checked in at Hotel Centara, we were told at the check-in counter that they cannot arrange for the cake, which should have been informed by Travel Triangle earlier. WE HAD NO CAKE TO CUT FOR HER 50th BIRTHDAY!!! We also had issues with the water leakage in the room (AC water leakage) I MESSAGED TO PIYUSH AND TO ANKUSH ON THE 14th of JULY TO EXPRESS MY UNHAPPINESS!!!!! We had travelled to Srilanka with Travel Triangle in May 2013, which we still cherish in our memories Not sure whether we do another trip with you !!

All the services provided were good. We had a wonderful time. Only improvement which could have been made is to arrange cab as per timings/preferences of travellers so it does not clash with their planned activities. Everything we did was a beautiful memory. To pick one, I'd say corals island experience was the best.

Overall experience was Awesome. Our Agent did a very good job in customizing our holiday as per our requirement. We had a memorable holiday. Hotel at Phuket and Bangkok was great, good location, clean and friendly staff. Krabi Hula Hula resort, the Hotel location was great but behavior of one of the staff was rude. Cab services was excellent. Only problem was we had to change our Cab mid way while on the way to Krabi from Phuket. We were asked to change the cab. Last but not the least Thank you Travelopedia for meeting our requirements and for a prompt response whenever required.

Travel Triangle helped to arrange a very nice trip at a very appropriate budget...Thanks to you and your team...only in last day we were a bit disappointed as we had to pay one day rent from pocket at Hotel Tetris for 6.5 hours waiting as we had a baby with us...Rest all was good ! Long Tail boat ride and snorkeling in Krabi was awesome

To start with, I booked 7N/8D (3N Phuket, 2N Pattaya, and 2N Bangkok) trip with ASAP Holidays. I was engaged with Himanshu to plan the overall itinerary and at the initial level, he helped me a lot and cleared all my doubts. I booked my tickets from self and did a mistake with one of the passenger names and Himanshu identified that mistake and communicated to me the problem with my booking. Below hotels were planned for my trip and I would give the following rating Phuket -  Rating 2.5 out of 5 Casa del M Resort - Far away from main attraction i.e. Patong Beach and hotel is located at the high slope. Disappointed with this property selection. The hotel offered wifi but with pathetic range and you won't be able to access wifi @ rooms. No INDIA FOOD restaurant nearby and you have to walk a lot for Indian Food which is difficult after a hectic day trip to different islands. Hotel is offering Bike on rent in 500 Baht at the same time other shopkeepers are renting the same with 200-300 Baht. Breakfast was included in the package but no Indian dishes were there in breakfast and we had to eat Fruits, Juice and Plain rice. Pattaya - Rating 3 out of 5 Hotel Nova Gold - Far away from main attraction i.e. Pattaya Beach. Disappointed with this property selection. For breakfast, you have to visit another nearby property and they had few options available like Upma, Chhole, and Pakoda but the taste was not good. INDIAN FOOD restaurants are nearby. Bangkok - Rating 3 out of 5 Admiral Suites - Far away from main attraction i.e. Market place(Indira, Neon and other). Disappointed with this property selection. A lot of INDIAN FOOD restaurants nearby.  Breakfast was included in the package but no Indian dishes were there in breakfast and we had to eat Fruits, Juice and Plain rice. Himanshu suggested many day trips(Coral Island, Safari World) and updated me that it will consume a day time but to be very honest we were free by 5 PM in the evening and had plenty of time to cover other areas during evening and night time but because of his suggestion, we missed to cover more tourist attractions. In my itinerary, transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok was planned with Bangkok city tour(please be careful with this, I visited only one temple on the name of city tour and when I escalated this to Himanshu he was not ready to listen and informed me that in city tour we include 2 temples visit but they covered 1 temple visit and give me excuse of huge traffic and drop me to Hotel). I reached my Bangkok hotel at around 2 noon and had nothing to do for the entire day. This could be planned much better. I had a discussion with Himanshu and shared my experience that the visit was not as per discussion but he was not listening and updating me that he checked with his team and they covered that was discussed and as per itinerary.  Overall, I would say Himanshu is soft-spoken and during the discussion, you would trust him but later on will face issues like I faced and will waste time in Hotel only or you have to spend extra money from pocket to visit places from your own. Improvement is required on right hotel selection i.e. hotels near to tourist attractions and giving itinerary as per actual discussion.

It was wonderful Trip to thailand ,thanks to Ms Manisha Mathur for Planning will all the minute details and keeping Everything in place. She planned it keeping my Infant's childs need on top priority that meant Personal Cab whenever required. Would love to plant Future trips with them.

Our International trip to Thailand was a really amazing travelling experience. I would really thank Aditya, from Ananta Tours, he has given us the best possible package for the trip, and not just that, he had planned everything very well and managed the whole trip perfectly where we didn't have any problem. As I was a person going on a trip outside my country for the first time, I was tense and doubtful about all the activities and experiences we were going to have, but Prajon and Ananta Tours Team always answered my questions with patience regarding where to go and what to do, he had all arranged it so nicely that I don't have words to explain.

I travelled to Thailand in Dec and booked trip from Navigatio Asia. They arranged the trip very well. Tarun, Parul were very helpful and were very approachable from the time of booking till the completion of the trip.
