        The kind of seamless experience we received was phenomenal. All the arrangements were perfect right from the airport pick up. Local as well as Indian tour representatives were always available for trouble shooting. No bad surprises at all. The tour operator is quite flexible and considerate with client requirements. All the request he addresses properly with necessary explanations. The expenses were quite reasonable if compared with regular giant tour companies. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. Initially we were having a little fear on back of our heads & were thinking that all Booking, conversations were done online & just reading on mails & few telephonic talks, But would it be reliable or not.         Hotels which were proposed by me were provided as desired and the itinery was well planned. But issue was in establishing communication with assigned coordinators There was never a pre-communication and I had to make the contact thru calls and whats app. when i approached airport for complete 2 hours I was running here and there but the coordinator lady was not available.

        Everything in the trip was perfect starting from itinerary to hotels ,food ,etc.except that the cab driver picking us up from Pattaya hotel dropped us with our luggage at the middle of an unknown road for which faced great difficulties on reaching Bangkok and missed the temple visits as well..was never ever expecting this .had been to Manali also few months back through travel triangle that time every memory was great..hope travel triangle looks into the matter so that I can book more trips in future..apart from that the whole trip arrangements by travel triangle and travel fireflies were great

        I got reference of travel triangle from two of my colleagues and at last minute I posted the query . It was my parents who were travelling so I was more conscious in selecting the right tour package. I received quotation from 3 tour agency but I selected Anvi tours and Travels as their agent, Rita Bansal was very quick in responding to my questions and hotels and itinerary was changed immediately and repeatedly as soon as I asked for any change. She never complained about it, instead she made me feel comfortable and confident to choose them based on the responsibility she took in taking the quotation to completion. Infact the quotation proposed by Anvi tours was less than other tours for the same itinerary. Miracle suites hotel in pattaya was very good and Worabhuri at bangkok was not upto the expectation. The tour guide , co-ordination ,communication, commutation was very good it seems. Except once rest all the time the guide would inform my parents about pick and drop well in hand and very friendly too. The trip to Thailand was overall a good experience. Though TravelTriangle was a last minute option it was a good choice.

Stay, points & Co-coordinating agent (Mr Alex) of Pattaya was too good, while in Bangkok small problem but it was immediately resolved by representative of Breakbag Holidays India office.         Tour places and destinations that was decided by the agent was really good, although there are few things that can be taken care of easily so that the trip becomes easy for elderly people. 1. If the Check-In time at Thailand Hotels and Resorts are after 2 PM, agents should include the stay as per the traveler arrival. My parents arrived at DMK airport at 6 AM and they were in Pattaya around 8 AM. Now the Hotel staff was allowing them to do the Check-In before 2 PM. They had to wait at the hotel lobby all tired and frustrated from the travel and agents did nothing to resolve it. They said that you can buy a room for one day with extra pay. What is use of booking through agent if I have to buy a room at that moment even when I already paid for the entire package. This is really inconvenient for elderly people and agents should understand that and try to make their trip comfortable. 2. Since my Parents were not allowed to do the check-in before 2 PM, they were also not allowed to have breakfast at the Hotel with the coupons provided which was included in the package. Hotel staff said that coupons are valid only after check-in so that day's breakfast they had to buy on their own. 3. Hotel room Wi-fi was not not working for a day at Pattaya. 4. It's always good to give the Travel Itinerary before traveling to the tour destination so that the travel is aware and mentally prepared. 5. At Pattaya, Cab driver didn't know the route to the Hotel. This is an overhead on travel. 6. They had to carry the luggage (kept in cab while sightseeing) for Bangkok city tour. This is not feasible for anyone to keep luggage with them while actually in the middle of sightseeing. Besides, the places the agent decided and the 24/7 support through WhatsApp was really good.
