                  I booked my Thailand tour from 4th May to 10th May 2019. Firstly at Mumbai flight was delayed by 5 hrs due to Fanny Cyclone near Odisha, same time I given this intimation to Mr.Suvojit Roy to change pickup time at Bangkok Airport at 2.12AM & with in minute he replied that he will inform his operations team. But after 5 hrs delay when we reach at Bangkok Airport their is receptionist came from TravelBulz that she does not have information of delay of our flight but meanwhile she manage to give Breakfast to us at 2PM which she bought for us in morning. After reaching at Golden Sea Pattaya Hotel it was found very spacious, pleasant, neat & clean. I am very happy with TravelBulz management for their tour support. Then after reaching at Bangkok at Hotel Woraburi Sukhumvit, their we are totally disappointed. The hotel room was too small for 3 of us even cant sleep with our 12 yr child on same bed. Also next second disappointment came when gone to toilet & then flush is not working, dammm....angried & called reception they send housekeeping person & he told water pressure is low. So I personally gone to talk to reception for changing the room but due to non availability of same type I upgraded the room to Superior with additional 800 Bhats with extra mattress. This hotel will only provide 2 Towels without napkins & only 2 Tea cup set per room, so when I asked reception for additional towel & cup for my child they straight forward denied to give extra cup also....amazing they will not give empty cup also. So I recommend Breakbag don't recommend this Hotel for anybody as its service & ambiance is worst & not satisfactory. Elsewhere except Bangkok Hotel incident everything was fine specially our TravelBulz tour organizer of Bangkok Mrs.Chandramukhi(Nana) & Mr.John.

                  This is the second time I was booking my trip wit travel triangle... This time I was heavy disappointed wit their service... Firstly they didn't create any group as they usually do.. They kept us at the mercy of the drivers... V didn't get any info abt our nxt prog unless u call n ask our agent in India... In our bangkok itinerary it was mentioned as 2 temple tour but they showed only one temple n skiped another one saying itz raining, itz far n traffic jam..... It was not properly coordinated btw hotel pple, travel I charge etc... V were always in dark abt our nxt prog.... Iam highly disappointed......i vl not cme bck to travel triangle again...

                  The whole trip was well managed. But as a suggestion I would like to say that it could have been 3 days at Pattaya and two days at Bangkok instead of 2 days at Pattaya and 3 days at Bangkok because hotel was better in Pattaya than that in bangkok and moreover the beach was at walking distance. Secondly the last day at Bangkok was just an add on, because we had to check out at standard time 12 pm but flight was at 12 am midnight and cab picked up from hotel at 6 pm and we reached the airport way before the estimated time. So I would say last day was not worthwhile otherwise the whole trip was well managed , everything was perfect ranging from food, transport and local guides there were very polite friendly and professional. Although some of them were not so good in English but still their humble behaviour is enough to made us understand what they wanted to convey. It was my first international trip so the whole trip was memorable. Apart from what I mentioned in testimonial there was nothing to complain. So I can say I had a great time in Thailand.

                  There's a Travel agent of TRIPHOLIC ,Gourav who blames the customers by defending his cab drivers and lies about the customers to Travel Triangle which is a good organisation.Inspite of the bad service of Gourav who was sacked from his job the same day he had an argument with me Miss Sri of TRIPHOLIC has been in touch with me in Thailand over the phone for the next 2 days and took care of the my trip arrangements...thank you Sri of TRIPHOLIC and Miss Charu Sharma of Travel Triangle The first 2 days in Pattaya went well ...The day we started to Bangkok on the 3rd the whole day was a nightmare because of Gourav the sacked agent of TRIPHOLIC

Once the payment is completed, they send me the voucher with all the details. At first I was concerned about how the cab driver will know about my arrival in Thailand. I didn't have to find long for the answer. Everything was set and pre-arranged in such a manner that there was no confusion what so ever. The drivers arrived at the venue on specified time, was courteous and clear about the information. All tickets were reserved and we faced no issues what so ever.                   I got reference of travel triangle from two of my colleagues and at last minute I posted the query . It was my parents who were travelling so I was more conscious in selecting the right tour package. I received quotation from 3 tour agency but I selected Anvi tours and Travels as their agent, Rita Bansal was very quick in responding to my questions and hotels and itinerary was changed immediately and repeatedly as soon as I asked for any change. She never complained about it, instead she made me feel comfortable and confident to choose them based on the responsibility she took in taking the quotation to completion. Infact the quotation proposed by Anvi tours was less than other tours for the same itinerary. Miracle suites hotel in pattaya was very good and Worabhuri at bangkok was not upto the expectation. The tour guide , co-ordination ,communication, commutation was very good it seems. Except once rest all the time the guide would inform my parents about pick and drop well in hand and very friendly too. The trip to Thailand was overall a good experience. Though TravelTriangle was a last minute option it was a good choice.
