        Well planned trip Well coordinated by travel agents in Thailand.They were informative, provided details on attractions which can be added and guided even considering the minute details Pattaya ( Tiger park, 3D art, floating market, Alcazars,coral Island) Bankok (Dinner cruise) Phuket (phi phi island) Enjoyed Thai food in Pattaya and Phuket Hotel in Phuket was little far from City area but it was good.

        The trip was well planned by Mr Sunil Arya but on destination I got lot of shocks like changing of hotel at phuket even without intimating me causing lot of harrassment and then in Bangkok hotel quality was very poor and my purpose of family trip for new year celebration got defeated and in no cases they were ready to accept their fault.Many members are there in wapp group to assist traveller, as they claim, but they do not have time to assist traveller after they got full money from them.

        Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit

        Hotel in Phuket is ok.... its not look like a 3 star hotel, Hotel in Pattaya is very good... i like. Hotel in Bangkok is not good and service also not good its not look like 3 star. Other wise Cab and Drivers and Service of travels agent is very good. In Marina Park and Madama Tassauda we need more tume.... but they give us limited time... Otherwise all was very good and best managemnt traveltriangle and udan travels. We Enjoy the Trip without any problems. Thank you so much Palak.Madam. For us this Trip is memories.

        Parbhat travels was extremely good at organizing travel package to Thailand. Travel agent Gaurav has coordinated the entire travel, he was very patient in clarifying all our doubts and making the plan as per our requirement. He was in continuous contact with us through out the trip and ensured that we were comfortable. All the hotels were very good except the hotel in Pattaya . It would have been much better if they would have provided some more time at few sightseeing places. Overall the travel experience was very good.

        One of the cab driver attitude was very poor, he took photos of my wife & daughter while eating breakfast from his mobile, as we were late for 10 to 15 mts, but it's act was not good. Even I told him wt for 10 mts. Cab no. 5164 driver name.. Mr. Din . Date of traveling 21.5.2019 to Universal Studios,other drivers are excellent except this stupid person . Hotel rooms were conjusted, 5 days same breakfast ( 2 items )

        I had the most horrendous time with Travel Triangle's payment system. In the end I didn't get the discounts I was supposed to get and paid an extra 1000 rupees. Despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, it has never been fixed even after my trip was done. The tour agency created a whatsapp group with people who were supposed to be on ground helping us out in case of issues but this group was slow with responses and in most cases were of very little help directing us back to the people we spoke with from ASAP travels in India. Hotels that I had changed for Pattaya and Phuket were great. Bangkok which was suggested was very poor. I regret not having asked for a change of hotel here too. Pattaya was extremely well coordinated and the tour coordinator whose number I managed to ask for from the group was excellent. No complaints from the Pattaya trip. Bangkok was an absolute disaster! Transfers were terrible. Tours were mismanaged. We were give 30 minute to 1 hour windows to wait at reception for tours. I have travelled in the past and have always been given a fixed time to be present at reception. For the Safari world tour, the vehicle picking us up, the AC wasn't working because the Driver's window wouldn't roll up. We had to sit through that entire drive in a hot stuffy van with no AC. When getting back, we were made to get into another car. On reaching Bangkok, we were made to get down and get into another vehicle. This vehicle did not drop us directly at the hotel but instead began making pick ups for their next tour. After they had made all their pickups they finally dropped us off at our hotel wasting almost 30 minutes of our time. The hotel room in Bangkok, the AC wouldn't cool properly and took over an hour to finally cool down to a reasonable temperature. For a twin sharing room, there was only one power socket and the hotel suggested we unplug the TV if we wanted to charge our phones!
