Welcoming Bhutan

After arrival in the IXB airport or NJP railway station, our representative will greet and meet you and drive you directly to Phuentsholing from India. The city Phuentsholing is known as the most important commercial center on the northern side of Indian Plains. Go for the check-in formalities for your overnight stay.

Transit to Thimphu

Have your breakfast quickly and complete all the immigration process. On this day of Bhutan itinerary for 7 days, you will be taken to the Thimphu, (capital of Bhutan). After arrival, check-in the 3-star Boutique Hotel and take rest for some time. We have included the magnificent Tashichho Dzong for the evening visit. After the tour, we will take you back to the respective hotel.

Visit tourist attractions in Thimphu

Relish your breakfast as soon as possible after waking up. On this day, you will be going to witness the famous tourist spots of Thimphu. We will start the day with the King's Memorial Chorten (Monument), Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), and Folk Heritage Museum. Then according to the itinerary, you will be driven to Punakha / Wangdue Phodrang via Dochu-La-Pass. Here you can enjoy the outstanding view of the higher Himalayas. The 108 Druk Wangyal Khangzang Chorten of this pass with its multifold merit makes the place a popular tourist attraction. After arrival in the city, you have to check-in to 3-star Hotel Zangto Pelri for the overnight stay.

Explore the sightseeing of Paro

After savoring the mouth-watering breakfast, we will unwrap you at the Fertility Temple Chhimi Lhakhang that had been founded by Lama Drukpa Kuenley, which is popularly known “The Devine Mad Man”. We will drive straight to Paro. On the way, of course, we will stop for sometime at Lamperi to visit Royal Botanical Park. Here, you can observe the rich fauna and flora as it features wide range of animals and plants including some endangered species too. After that, you will be taken to the 3-star Hotel Khamsum for your accommodation. The post-check-in procedure, you can stroll at the local market in the afternoon. The evening can be spent in leisure and along with night in the respective hotel.

Set out for an amazing excursion

On the fifth day of Bhutan itinerary for 7 days, set out for an amazing excursion at the Chele-La-Pass after breakfast delight. This road is recognized as one of the highest biking roads in Bhutan. From its top, the view of the memorable landscapes and scenic beauty of the surrounding area can be enjoyed completely. At the end of the day, get returned to Paro. The remaining day can be spent in leisure at the respective hotel room of Paro.

Exploring Paro

This day of Bhutan itinerary for 7 days is the penultimate one and thus designed for exploring the local sightseeing of Paro post-breakfast. Some of them are Drukgyel Dzong, Paro Airport View Point, Ta Dzong (Ring Pong Dzong), and local market. At the end of the day, you have to travel back to Phuentsholing hotel that is organized by us.

Say ‘goodbye’ to Bhutan

After relishing the mouthful breakfast at the hotel, you have to set out for a drive back to NJP/IXB: 70 meters for onward journey. You will be dropped at the airport or railway station according to your preference. During the journey, the memories of the mighty Himalayas along with its serenity will continue to linger in the mind prompting you to revisit here.
