After you are done with your breakfast, get ready for a full day sightseeing tour of Thimphu. The first place of visit is the Memorial Chorten which was built in the memory of the 3rd King of Bhutan. Next, you will visit the Buddha viewpoint, which is an excellent spot to capture some stunning views of Thimphu.

Your next place of visit is one of the oldest temples in the area – Changangkha Lhakhang and then the Traditional Hospital. You will end your sightseeing tour by visiting a living Museum called Simply Bhutan.

Begin the day with a delicious breakfast and then get ready to hike to one of the important temples in Bhutan - Chimi Lhakang - Temple of Fertility. You will also come across beautiful rice fields while on your hike. After seeking divine blessings, it is time to head to Punakha Dzong. Keep your energy high as you take an adventurous walk on the longest suspension bridge of Bhutan.

After all the hiking and walking, you can check-in to your hotel where you would be spending the night in Punakha.

Explore the sights and sounds of Paro

After you are done with your breakfast, you will be taken to the exquisite town of Paro today. You will pass through the Dochula Pass where you will visit 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens. These chortens or stupas were built in memory of 108 Bhutanese soldiers who died in 2003 in a military operation. From here, you will head to the Tachog Monastery which is a private monastery which is maintained and looked after by Thangtong Gyalpo’s descendants. After visiting the monastery, you will be taken to your hotel. After check-in, you can take a leisure stroll around the town.

Visit one of the most iconic tourist spot of Bhutan – Tiger Nest Temple

Today have a hearty breakfast as you will need all your energy while hiking up to one of the most popular tourist spots in Bhutan – the Tiger Nest Temple. The hike will take around 5 hrs but it will be worth the stunning view that you will get to witness once you reach the temple. This religious place is an iconic structure which is located on a sheer cliff face which is about 900 meters above the Paro Valley.

As per the itinerary, today you will enjoy an early morning drive to the Haa Valley. This picturesque location is located on the highest motorable road in Bhutan. If you are lucky and experience a good weather, you will get to witness the majestic Mt. Jumolhari which is Bhutan’s highest peak. Settle down for a memorable picnic lunch in the Haa Valley and explore the town before heading back to Paro.
