Dear Travel Triangle Team, I would like to call out that our trip to Bhutan was one of the most wonderful experiences. The services and assistance were seamless at every point. The tour guide was not just knowledgeable but an amiable person. For most part, the hotels were fantastic barring the ones in Phuentsholing and Thimpu. Mr. Damber from 7 Continents Adventures has been super supportive and prompt and often went out of his way to provide us an excellent travel experience. I recently had the pleasure of going on my honeymoon to Bhutan through KNG Tours & Travels, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Our tour guides, Mohan Prasad and Kuenga, were not only knowledgeable about the culture and history of Bhutan, but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was enjoyable and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Bhutan, Mohan and Kuenga made sure that we were comfortable and that all of our needs were taken care of. They showed us the most beautiful and serene places in Bhutan and helped us to fully immerse ourselves in the culture. They were also great at answering all of our questions and providing us with a deeper understanding of Bhutan. I would highly recommend KNG Tours & Travels, as well as Mohan Prasad and Kuenga, to anyone looking to visit Bhutan. They truly made our honeymoon a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget.

Bhutan is a country full of warm and courteous but disciplined people and full of peace and natural beauty. Our tour operators were very good, receptive, and eager to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Please convey our thanks and good wishes to them and all who are associated with them. Damber from The AD Tours and Travel was our agency contact for the entire trip, he was highly available to customize this trip for us as per our interests and likes. All the issues we had with Guides were quickly addressed and resolved by Damber himself. We covered Bhutan exactly the way we planned for and Damber made should we have all good experiences and happy memories. Special mention for driver Dorgie, he was amazing and always available/handy for any asks. If Damber is coordinating your trip, stay assured nothing will go wrong.

The trip itself and the agent were quite decent but I've had a terrible experience with the travel triangle contact assigned to me. While booking the trip I used to get calls quite often for completing the booking but after the payments were done, the contact is not helping in sending over the TDS receipts for the trip.

We booked a couple 6N/7D package for Bhutan via AD travels. The agent was polite in understanding my queries and customised the package as per our request be it hotels, itinerary etc. The main good thing about the travel package is the guide Jagannath who arranged for our stay in Thimphu, Punakha & Paro and was with us throughout out the trip. He was very courteous with us and handled everything safe & smoothly. He never acted in a money-minded way and put customer comfort as the top priority for any minor changes to the itinerary. Overall it was a pretty good experience with the AD travels team and the travel triangle helped us find them. We made some beautiful memories in Bhutan, trekking to Tiger's Nest and visiting Punakha Dzong were the highlights of our trip.
