All the arrangement of the trip were very well made. The agent Khina from INC Bhutan was very responsive and always available . Except for being kept waiting for while daily, we had an amazing trip overall. The guide Sherab and driver Suban were super fun to hangout with and we’re very informative and hospitable throughout the trip! Candle light dinner organised at hotel Terma Linca was the best highlight of the trip!

While the experience inside Bhutan was very good, be it in terms of hotels, cab, driver, guide, etc. but it was equally horrifying inside India. At the Bagdogra Airport, the cab driver kept sitting inside the cab and was giving directions to us to search and reach out to him. The cab was dirty and the driver didn’t bother to clean it at all. The cab AC started to cool only after about an hour after the cab left behind Siliguri. While coming back from Jaigaon to Bagdogra, the cab was changed from Innova to Ertiga without our knowledge and consent. However, the worst came when the Ertiga driver refused to switch the AC on saying that he’s not getting enough so as to switch on the AC. After a lot of commotion, and a call to Nitesh, the travel agent, the cab driver switched the AC on. We were still left to get one more surprise, the driver was driving extremely rash. I would long to forget the cab experience within West Bengal. Bhutan driver, guide, scenic beauty and Bhutanese people - all were amazing. Would love to go there again, but by taking direct flight to Paro, even though it’s costly, but worth it.

This was my first ever solo trip and that was to a most silent and slow moving country with the name Bhutan❤️ I went through an agency named Bhutan GNH Heritage Travel - Mr.Thapa. He was the first point of contact to share itenary for my trip and with lots of patience he heard my likes and dislikes, according to which itenary was presented back to me. There were many revisions and discussions for just 7 days of my trip which turned out to be a most memorable days so far in my 29 years

The best thing about Bhutan Inc is its customer-friendly approach. They understand the traveler's needs and offer Itenary as per their interest. The company spent sufficient time interacting with the client, clearing all doubts, and providing all minute details if you ask for them. They provide what they commit. The tour was very well organized. At no point was any deficiency visible. The tour guide was very keen to provide information and answer the queries. Driver's driving was very excellent. Both guide and driver were very polite and punctual. They guided us properly in selecting the places worth visiting. I am especially thankful to Ms. Khina that she planned the tour in such a nice way that we could enjoy the resort and homestay as well in the short duration of our visit. The hotels booked were up to the standard.

First of all, thanks to Trip Trova for helping me with such a wonderful, hassle-free tour. Your representative Nitesh was very helpful and informative from the day I booked it. I must also mention my guide Ugyen and driver Chencho during the time I spent in Bhutan. Both of them are lovely and approachable persons. I knew earlier that Bhutan is not for budget travellers and the cost for travel is at higher side. But the serenity and beauty of Bhutan helped me forget it for the days I was there. I am not a trekking enthuciastic person but still could manage to complete my Tiger nest trek, a big achievement from my part. Bhutan is a beauty, the hills, the rivers, the colorfully dressed people, the greenary, will always remain in my mind. Thimphu is probably the cleanest city I will ever visit. The Buddha dordenma statue on top of the hill, Dochu La scenic view and Punakha Dzong ambience are the top three sites I would always cherish to recall. The hotels I stayed were good. Not sure why they offered so much food to me everytime. The food was great, I tried my best to finish as much as I could do. The car ride was very comfortable throughout. I am happy that I made this tour. End of the day, this is what that matters most.

We traveled to Bhutan from 14-23 December, 2023. It was one of the best trips ever. Bhutan Maitreya Tusita travels did a fantastic job of organising this trip for us. Everything was planned, meticulous, customised, comfortable. There were no hitches anywhere. Our guide, Chencho was outstanding and was very supportive to us right from the time we entered Bhutan till the time we started our return journey. Our driver was very polite too. The hotels booked for us were very comfortable, scenic and luxurious. The best city we stayed in was Punakha, leaving us wishing that we stayed there for longer. The visits to the weaving centre and paper factory in Thimphu were memorable too. Of course, any trip to Bhutan is incomplete without a hike to tigers nest. Thankfully, with Mr. Chencho, it turned out to be wonderful too. As a country, Bhutan is so well preserved, blessed with such beautiful natural resources. So much of effort is taken to highlight the art, culture and heritage of the country. It was a very personalized, curated tour. All of our requests were patiently accomodated by Bhutan Maitreya Tusita travels team. They made this so happy and memorable for us. A big thank you to them.

Had an excellent 12 day trip to Bhutan. Sunjive was super patient & helpful in customizing the itinerary for me. I can be demanding sometimes :p. Though I wish I had a better & a move flexible guide & driver. I just feel when a person goes to a new country to travel, they'd like to experience the country in its totality and not just sightseeing . Having 2 out of 3 meals in a day, in the hotel one is staying in, where there was hardly any choice of food, doesn't really make them experience the local life & lifestyle. Rest was GREAT... Bhutan as a country is stunning... Also, they made me feel SUPER special on my birthday. was really touched :) Thank you

Jharim du! Beautiful - The one word that epitomizes our trip to Bhutan. Picturesque landscapes, pure air, beautiful people and the tranquil valleys takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city directly into the laps of nature. Traveling from Jaigaon to Pheuntoshilling was like entering an entirely different world. Sparse population, clean roads, no traffic and no honks were the starking differences we felt after entering Bhutan. Being the only carbon negative country in the world, here you find nature in its purest form. Bhutan Rimso Travel and Ticketing Agent made our trip to Bhutan truly memorable. Initially we iterated the iteniary on several occasions. They gave us valuable suggestions and customised the iteniary to our needs. Special mention to Ms. Gauri who was our point of contact at Rimso. She was swift and extremely polite in her response. We were on a stringent budget and ready to stay in cheap hotels but she was very adamant that they won't compromise on the quality of service and provided us unmatched service at budget rates. The quality of hotels was top notch throughout the trip. We had a grand welcome at their office in Thimphu in traditional Bhutanese manner. We were staggered by their warmth and hospitality. We also had traditional Bhutanese butter tea with Mr. Hari Om Mukhia their CEO. All the relevant documentation for immigration was well taken care of. By the end our trip we were astonished by the maaner Bhutan Rimso handled our entire trip. Would recommend Bhutan Rimso to anyone planning to visit Bhutan and I promise you won't regret your decision. We were a group of five people and were provided a Hyundai H1 which was extremely spacious and relaxing. Our review would be incomplete if we don't mention Mr. Ugyen. He started off as our driver and by the end of our trip we were brothers. We had infinite moments of fun dancing together. He is the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. His hospitality made the curvy roades a lot more comfortable. He helped us learn the local language and culture and provided us hacks to save money. We are already missing Bhutan and looking forward to visit again.
