The room was given in the first floor and the restaurant was in the second floor which the hotel has no lift,The steps were too streep and one of my co traveller felt too hard to come up and get down.       Our travel experience was very good with Travel Vichar. Ms, Shilpa (from travel vichar) arranged itinerary very well. Quality of rooms and services of hotel Clarks Inn Suites in Kangra and Moonglade in Dalhausi was great. Hotel at Kangra (Clarks Inn Suits) was awesome. Food ambiance and management are really good Clarks Inn Suites was the best among all the three hotels. Driver, Mr. Kewal Kumar was nice person and his driving skill is very good. Travel Agent Ms. Shilpa is very nice and supported where need. But the hotel in McLeodganj, Sky Bhagsu was not good. It is like a guest house not like a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very small just like stores in houses. Even basic amenities are not available in rooms. Thanks to Ms. Shilpa, Travel Vichar and Travel Triangle for great experience.

      The trip was well planned. Driver was very good, Hotel was alright. Due to certain protests, we couldn't reach the pickup point on time hence we had to book the rescheduled tickets by ourselves. I believe the price could have been reduced further, when the trip was replanned. Only Rs 1000/- was reduced for 1 entire day reduction out of 3 days earlier plan- which should been reduced further.

      To keep it simple, Agent didn't coordinate with the driver and misguided us owing to which we couldn't complete the itinerary for day 1. On day 2, we have to complete itinerary of day 1 and hence we couldn't complete the schedule of day 2 site seeing. After day 1, the trip advisor demanded the payment. I paid 26k and held 4k and told the agent that I will make the payment only after they coordinate properly on day 2 and complete the commitment properly. They kept on arguing and finally spoiled our trip experience by rigorously following up payment. We don't go on a vacation to argue with people unnecessarily and spoil our mood. The agents should have the basic common sense. They don't even care if their commitment is fulfilled. They are only concerned about money.

      The room that where initially assigned to us where of low quality, the room was smelly, no shower facility. It was a hard time to get the room changed. The initial room that was booked by the agent was a Deluxe room and what was given to us when we reached the hotel was low quality room and did not way resemble the photo that were sending to us while doing the booking. Looks like the hotel authority duped as with the room. The experience with the room was not good and all and did not meet the benchmark. Had a very very bad experience
