A family expedition in Cambodia and Vietnam 8 Days & 7 Nights

For the first time I tried Travel Triangle for my Vietnam trip after checking many other apps. The experience was more than my expectation. I travelled with family for around 8 days comfortably. The planning and execution was top notch. I will choose Travel Triangle for all my trips. When we (as a family) thought of visiting Vietnam & Cambodia we had not much idea how to plan the places and where we need to start. Enter Hannah (from Viet Aurora Travel) who was simply amazing to chart out a decent itinerary for us. Hannah is a lovely human being and her passion and sincerity in providing us support with the entire itinerary is truly commendable. Our itinerary covered Hanoi to Halong Bay to Ho Chi Minh. Thereafter to Cambodia (Angkor Wat, Tonle Sap and other wonderful temple tours). We had requested for multiple changes, adjustments, queries, lot of clarifications and Hannah was simply patient and very very prompt to answer every questions. Not only she designed a super itinerary but did follow-ups each time and ensuring there we no hurdles at any point of our journey. For example when we had to start very early in the morning for a tour visit, Hannah had called up the Hotel authorities and packed breakfast for us. This kind of commitment and service were fantastic. The tour guides, the hotels, cabs that were chosen were excellent. More than the scenic places, its the people and their warm culture that made us feel very comfortable and memorable. Special mention to tour guides (Mr. Chung in Halong bay), Ms. Tweny (Cu-Chi, Mekong delta) and Mr. Khoun Vuthy (entire Cambodia) who was a gem of a person. Thank you Travel Triangle, this is my second experience with you and you have not disappointed. Thank you once again for creating wonderful memories for my family.

It would be very difficult to put how amazing the trip was into words, but I will give it a shot. While we were planning the travel I had contacted Jenna and she was always there to respond promptly and suggest us the best options and itinerary based on our preferences. She mentioned that making sure that this is a trip to remember is her responsibility, and I can vouch for the fact that she did just that. All the travel plans, hotel accommodation, important information was relayed to us upfront and she made it a point to check in often. We had chosen for the private tour and all the support staff were also very helpful throughout the trip.

We loved our trip.....it was beyond my expectations.... Junie planned our trip to the T...hotels were bang in the heart of the city.....the cabs, sightseeing all were planned impeccably. every thing went like a song.

Sophie from Bamboo hat travels was a gem in the entire itinery planning till the airport drop of my last destination in Vietnam, awesome engagement from her. I would like to point out few issues with travel triangle, as your contributions have been questionable, was not able to reach to travel triangle poc at times, luckily Sophie was always there to help Hanoi, Ha long Bay, Golden bridge and mykhe beach, Da Nang along with Vietnamese street food

Had a wonderful vacation with lifelong memories to cherish. Special mention to our travel agent Jenna -> Spot on with itinerary plan and hotels suggested were very good and are in prime locations with walkable distance to shopping and Indian restaurants (our primary requirements). Always reachable on phone from the moment I chose her as our travel advisor. One of our baggage was picked by some other traveler in baggage drop and she took care of it by calling the local airport authorities and informing us back after it is received back from other traveler. Thanks a lot Jenna and S Vietnam Trips, will definitely recommend !!

I recently booked a 6-day trip to Vietnam through SVietnam Trips using Travel Triangle, and I was very happy with the service I received. Tina, the travel agent, and Emily were very helpful in planning our itinerary and making sure that all of our arrangements were taken care of. Tina was also very responsive to our messages and questions and accommodated all our needs and requests. When we arrived in Hanoi, Jennifer, the hotel receptionist, was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city. Our tour guide in Hoi An, Tony, was also excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the city and its history, and he made sure that we had a great time on our tour. The only minor complaint I had was with the Amanda Cruise in Halong Bay. The room's AC didn't work very well, so it was a bit hot and stuffy during daytime. The flush in one of the room’s toilets also had a bit of an issue, which the staff had fixed. However, this was a minor inconvenience, and it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the cruise. The cruise manager Dat deserves a special mention as he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time on the cruise. The food and service were fantastic as well. We had issues with the Air Conditioning in Da Nang at Grand Sunrise Hotel 3 as well, but they gave us another room soon after we brought it up. Overall, I would highly recommend SVietnam Trips to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. They provided excellent service, and I would definitely use them again in the future if visiting Vietnam.

We just finished a fantastic trip to Vietnam booked via Travel triangle. Michael from S Vietnam tours has helped us tremendously since from booking the package till the end of our trip. He was reachable any time we contacted him, resolved all our queries and helped us in having a great tour at Vietnam. All the places, guides were superb and good condition vehicle was provided for us. We have requested for vegetarian food and the same is provided too. Little bit more time at Bana Hills would have been better though since that place is so beautiful and full of adventure games. Overall great experience. Thanks a lot to Michael and Travel Triangle team in making it our trip a wonderful one.

We had a wonderful trip to Vietnam and cambodia. It was organized very nicely by Asia authentic travels and coordinated by Rossie.All the tours and hotels were great. Cruise in Halong bay and Angyor wat temple

Overall good experience. Arrangements were as expected. Only the communication of the travel agent should have been better. She never shared the contacts of pickup drivers/ tour guides. It would be much easier for us because otherwise we were solely dependent on her for coordination. Trang An and Ba na hills were the best
