                R's 11 days trip to Char Dham

                Travel agent, driver and car were extremely good. Not much to say about hotels. There are better hotels available for the same or lesser tariff. Nothing can ever be better than journey through the Himalayas. Sheer magnitude of the ghats are mesmerizing. I strongly recommend people to take up char dham Yatra

                My char dham trip was booked by KrishnaHolidays which included taxi, stays and food(breakfast and dinner only). - 3/6 hotels were very bad.(water issue in first hotel Chauhan Himdarshan in Barkot, electricity issue and worst room services in second hotel Narayana in Uttarkashi Maneri, again worst room services and unhygienic food worse than street food in third hotel Ashoka palace in Sitapur, following hotels were good in Badrinath, ok in shrinagar and best in rishikesh). - 12 seater tempo Traveller was good but driver Rambrij's behavior at times was very aggressive which couldn't develop a good relation with him in a 11 days long trip. - The agency support staff was responding when required which was good enough but they somewhere failed miserably to check the initial hotels which made 50% of our experience bad. Thanks to the beauty of Uttrakhand which made the other 50% a good experience.

                Hotels were below average. Breakfast and dinner was included in the package but some of the hotels provided below standard food. Only Gangotri hotel was good. Cab engine got broken on the way had to wait approx 4-5 hrs for replacement cab. During return can was changed from sedan to Alto. Although when we declined to continue travel in Alto , sedan was provided. Driver and can operator were very helpful. Service of travel agent was almost fine no mazor issues but had to follow up frequently on few things. Please check cancellation policy of the travel agent before booking. Travel triangle takes no responsibility of anything. Better book directly. Cab operator helped at Badrinath to get darshan nicely. Also helped in finding the hotel at night after drop off at rishikesh. Hotel at Gangotri was really nice and provided dinner even when we reached hotel very late at night.

                All over experience was really good. Loved it thanks a lot for such good planning of the trip and the driver provided was very good, very smooth journey experience and was very kind in nature. The navicrow travel company and executive helped a lot in getting the customised trip, just the way I wanted. Just one thing as some of the hotels provided very few items in menu instead of full buffet dinner due to less people were there in the hotel that can be improved by the hotel people as we have paid full so expect the full buffet dinner. The Auli trip, the weather was just perfect.
