            It was good. Hotels were good, the confirmation details of hotels were not provided till the end which created confusion and the driver took us to a different hotel as he was also not aware of the change of hotel. Driver was good but we needed to tell him to take to the points mentioned in iteniary firmly as he always insisted on skipping few points. Car quality was good. Varun was just a call away in case of any query or confusion. He was really helpful.

            All the coordination went well till I book the trip. Got the driver details after continuous follow up only. Driver was very cooperative, friendly and know the places well. I did not get the full items as per the itinerary, last day hotel accommodation not provided, as it is mentioned in the itinerary I did not book any accommodation and faced problems to book in the last minute.

            Trip was overall good. But the jack hilltop resort booked in Kodaikanal was pathetic. The room was smelly and it has mould growing on one wall.Very bad experience in that hotel.             Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the itinerary for my recent trip. While I appreciate your efforts in organizing the trip, I found that the itinerary was not as well planned as expected. Firstly, the places to visit in the selected locations seemed poorly organized. Some of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary like Dam in Coorg and Sakleshpura didn't exist or may not be operational and waterfall in Sakleshpura is a private property that we cannot visit without permission. Additionally, the sequence of the places was not ideal. The travel flow felt disjointed, and there were long travel times between certain cities, which could have been optimized to make the trip more enjoyable. I hope this feedback can help improve the planning for future trips, as I believe with better organization and sequencing, the experience would have been much more seamless.
