We will begin our journey at around 6 AM as our representative takes you on a 260 km journey from Bangalore to Ooty. Upon arrival you will be checked in to the hotel after which you will spend your day sightseeing around the town. Under the majestic Dodabetta Peak you will be escorted towards the much-anticipated boat ride in the Ooty Lake after which you can take a walk amongst nature in the serene and quiet botanical gardens which host a number of exotic plants and flowers for you to see. After this tiring day you will be escorted back to your hotel where you can take the rest of the night off and rest for another day of fun filled activities.

Your first destination is going to be the Ketti Valley viewpoint from where the view of the green lush valley covered in thick fog is awe-inspiring. After this you will be escorted towards the Kamraj Sagar Dam which is a well known picnic spot and the shoot location for many Bollywood movies. The grassy meadows of Wenlock Down and the calm serene waters of the Pykara Dam and the Pykara Falls are the next destinations in your itinerary after which your escort will take you back to your hotel in Ooty.

Journeying to the ancient city of Mysore and starting your tour.

After a hearty and fulfilling breakfast you will be asked to checkout and escorted towards the ancient city of Mysore not very far away from where you are. When you arrive at the hot destination after leaving the serene hills you will be checked in to a hotel and after some much needed rest you will be escorted on a tour around the city. The Mysore Palace is the most visited location in the town of Mysore and will be your first destination in this tour, the highly visited Mysore palace has now been turned into a museum and is the most visited place in this ancient town. The Jagan Mohan Palace, Vrindavan Gardens and St Philomena’s Cathedral are some of the places you will be escorted to in the town of Mysore before you retire for the day.

Spend the day touring the ancient and idyllic city of Mysore.

After breakfast our representative will be there at your hotel to take you around the various touring spots in and around Mysore that you could not complete yesterday. The day starts at 8AM with a visit to the Chamundi Hill temple located at the Chamundi hills about 13 kms away from Mysore. After which you will be escorted to Srirangapatna to visit the Sri Ranganathaswamy temple and the Srirangapatna Fort which are both beautiful old structure which has passed the test of time. The Gumbaz which is a Muslim Mausoleum at the centre of a garden is the final destination of your tour of Mysore where the bones of Tipu Sultan have been laid to rest. After a long and tiring day our representative is instructed to take you back to your hotel where you can retire for the day.

The journey to the sweet smelling idyllic hills of Coorg.

After checking out from the hotel in Mysore you will be escorted towards Coorg by our representative which is a district in Karnataka also known as the Scotland of India. The journey starts in the North beginning at Abbey falls in Madikeri which is a small hill town in the district of Coorg. Sri Bhagandeshwara Temple, Bhagamandala is an important Hindu Pilgrimage site which will not be omitted in this tour and will be visited right after Abbey falls. Another well known site in Bhagamandala is the Talakaveri which is known as the beginning of the river Kaveri located in the Brahmagiri hills. These are the important places that you will be visiting in your journey to Coorg before ending your day with a beautiful sunset in Raja’s seat which is a beautiful flower garden in the hills of Madikeri. After this you will be escorted back to your hotel in Coorg and can retire for the night.

After a well earned breakfast you will check out of the hotel where our representative will be waiting for you to take you to the various locations in Coorg that you missed the day before including the Omkareshwara Temple, Golden Temple at Bylakuppe, Dubare Elephant camp and the Cauvery Nisargadhama. After you cover all these locations, we recommend you stop to buy some local wine that you can get on your way to Dubare Elephant Camp along with the local coffee and chocolates that you can buy. Our representative will take you back to Bangalore where you started the journey after all these locations have been covered and you will reach the city by 10 PM.
