I had booking of three star hotel in dharmshala,but before reaching I got call from travel yatri ,they said there is some issue in room which they book for us,and they book two star hotel.when I reached there there wasno proper option for extra bedding ,they kept the bed near the washroom ,and combote seat was not in toilets,then I called to trip coordinator,no one received the call. I need compensation for the same,when I booked three star hotel then why I booked for two star hotel

Hotel in Dharamshala (Sai Taj Grand) was excellent with very polite staff. But the hotel in Dalhousie (Satyadev Grand) was horrible. The entrance and ambience was so poor that you wouldn't like to stay in the hotel. The staff was rude too and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The cabs AC wasn't working and hence it was too hot in Haryana and Punjab when we were traveling from Delhi towards Dharamshala. The agent (Guruji Travels) refused to accept its AC is ill functioning. The driver (Vikas Kumar) was a very polite guy. One of the best drivers that I have ever travelled with. He needs all the desired appraisals from his company. Guruji Travels needs to be o be more customer centric as they are in service industry. Should give a heed to customers complaints and should check the hotels that they are giving to their customers. Himanshu from Travel Triangle was very helpful in listening to our complaints.

Hotel Raja’s palace of Dharamshala was pretty good but Hotel Dalhousie grand provided the worst hospitality one could ever give ... even for a cup of tea they had several excuses... next time kindly don’t provide hotel Dalhousie grand to any tourist in order to avoid bad reviews. Return Bus journey was very hectic because of the bus booked by Assure trip. Seats of bus were not at all comfortable considering the journey of 14-15 hours. Also the condition of bus was not good. I am not satisfied with assure trip because of this Bus and also they had not properly communicated with Hotel management. Further, I still not got ₹500 cashback which Assure trip promised. Mini Switzerland was awesome and also the Kwality restaurant's food was delicious.

4 star completely for hotel Meghavan palace in Mcleodganj for rendering satisfactory services for one night stay. I would not like to give even single star to hotel Dalhousie grand for making our Dalhousie trip a tiring and painfully due to its poor quality of service plus defrauding us with downgraded quality of room categorybalthough we opted for deluxe. The mattress were so pathetic that we have to sleep on floor somplete night and on requesting hotel we were told that we can't provide the mattress .. even they can't able to arrange for sleepers ...will not recommended ... Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

Planning and coordination was good. I would like to mention special thanks to Mr. Rakesh, admin at HOTEL SAMDUPLING in Dharmashala for taking care of us at his best. Also all service men at the hotel was pretty good. Another hotel in Dalhousie where we checked in was HOTEL NEW PALACE, there is a lot to improve right from front desk to servicing. I found front desk people bit harsh. Our cab driver, Mr. Naresh Anand he was at his best in driving.
