    The room that where initially assigned to us where of low quality, the room was smelly, no shower facility. It was a hard time to get the room changed. The initial room that was booked by the agent was a Deluxe room and what was given to us when we reached the hotel was low quality room and did not way resemble the photo that were sending to us while doing the booking. Looks like the hotel authority duped as with the room. The experience with the room was not good and all and did not meet the benchmark. Had a very very bad experience

    Everything is good except that before finalizing the package, its details must be made crystal clear. The client should not be expected to read the fine print. In my case, we had been told that we would be provided with Innova ac cab but did not specify about the seating capacity. As a result it was very uncomfortable as we had to be on the road for 10 hours, I had asked for including sightseeing of our choice within a radius of 45 km from our hotel. This was overlooked and sightseeing was decided without our concurrence. This resulted in the cab driver asking for extra payment for one additional sight that we visited.

    Hotel rooms were not conducive, no hot water for bath, AC was set very low and could not be adjusted. When the same was conveyed to the reception, they asked us to switch off the AC, not understanding that there is absolutely no ventilation in the room. Communication and hospitality needs to be improved. No much choice in breakfast..not even eggs were provided. Cab driver was very friendly.
