          Despite having bad experience with travel agent (Gaurisuta) and Travel Triangle during our Australian trip couple of yrs ago, we decided to give TT a second chance. We were very lucky to get Travel Google plan our Dubai trip. Amit, the CEO of Travel Google, personally looked after every requirement of ours, he and his team arranged a wonderful trip for us (family of 6 including senior citizens and a kid). We were given private transfers during sightseeing so pickup and drop timings were not strict, we could spend as much time as we wanted at each place.           It was not a great experience with True blue travel with the entire trip of Baku destination. The response of the agent has totally changed post booking. They have been continuously following up until I book the package. Once done they hardly responded to my calls and it was shown throughout the trip. I have booked the trip a month in advance as I was a solo woman traveller to ensure the hassle free and safe. It was promised by the agency at the time of booking and unfortunately they left me to face a lot of difficulties and no response to my messages and calls scared me of being in another country knowing no one. It was very pathetic customer service and I could not enjoy the vacation starting from the blender mistakes in the itinerary and they did not even apologize. Over all my trip to Baku was not great with the travel agency . None
