      Hotel at Puri was not good, AC was not cooling inspite of compplaining to servic desk multiple time, food was also not good. In Bhubneshwar Hotel was very good, food was also very good, and hotel staff was very polite.

      Everything was great apart from Chilka Lake. Chilka lake is a big Scam. I repeat Chilka lake is a big Scam. Not worth it at all. Visit this lake if u have ample amount of time & money. We visited in the month of May, 2023 and they charged 3000/- after so much negotiation and guaranteed that u will definately see Dolphins & birds. But, in reality u will not see either of them. They will fool you after wasting your precious 4 hrs and when u will come back at the shore in the evening, nobody will be there in the office to complain because they knew that they have made false promises. Most interestingly, all the cab drivers are involved with them and will not reveal anything to any travellers. There were so many people like us who were complaining about the same. Besides, there is no fix charge. There is a group who paid just 350/- per head with the same package and when I requested them can I be a part of the group and will pay my share, the authorities simple refuse to be a part of the group. So, be aware of such scams and spend your valuable time at some other places. Also, on Chilka lake they will try to grab some money by showing fake pearls & stones. Be cautious & don't get trapped. Cab driver is very adamant taking you to the places of your choice. We just requested to take us to a temple in Puri and he refused stating that road is very narrow. Then we walked through that road and it was wide enough to drive the car and be parked. On the other hand the cab driver will take you to the Raghuraj painting village where roads are so so narrow where it is almost impossible to take the car. Not sure if they have any vested interest. So, just be aware, do your research and include the places at the time of finalising the package rather than requesting the driver on the day of visit. Apart from these things, trip was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thank you Travel Triangle & Ind d Voyage for this memorable trip.       The Darshana at Jagganath mandir was awesome, the main purpose of this trip. Had no issues inside the temple and it was really smooth arrangement by the agency.       Hotels and travels agent were good. But cab services were not that good. There were three different drivers who navigated us. On the last day, the driver told us to finish our tour by 1:00 PM as he had another party to pick up. We had to call the travel agent to get this sorted out.

      The services provided by Mr. Shibashis were good. The cab was comfortable, except for some parts like the cleanliness of the can etc. The hotels however were poor in terms of meal quality and staff behavior too. The rooms were also not relatively clean. HOwever, fully satisfied for the services from Travel triangle and the Trave Company, Inde D Voyage. Would highly recommend the agent, just be extra cautious while choosing the right hotels.

I had some issues with my flight details. they helped me to power through and how to get refund back from the airlines directly. i recommend it. will go to Dwarakeesh gujrat with them in jan month and will book them again.       Hotel room was ok...first we got a room which is not yet cleaned properly and they changed the room. Coming to the travelling places they skip most of the places.

      Firstly driver assigned was not having much understanding of Hindi & English language. This created kind of communication gap. There was 1 instance where driver dropped us at Puri beach, and call was not picked by him for 10-15 mins when we planned to leave beach, making us to hire Auto to reach hotel back. 2nd instance happened in Bhubaneswar, when we planned to go for shopping around 5 PM. When we went down, cab was not there & he said it will take 30 min for him to reach as he is somewhere else, which again made us to hire Auto to reach market. Atleast driver should have communicated if he want to go anywhere & if we have any plan to visit any place. If we have paid for cab service, these things should not have happened. Overall, not happy with can service.

      The travel agent was very good and very accommodating. Shibasis provided us very good guidance for the entire planing of the trip and was always available to help and provide guidance. The hotel in Puri - Pramod convention was good. However the New Marrion at Bhubaneswar was not upto the mark. Very mediocre rooms. The main negative of the trip was the cab driver who was absolutely non accomodatative and at times extremely rude. He was not able to guide us properly or give inputs. This led to us not able to cover all the places planned. Inspite of the detailed planning we had to rush through all the places because the cab driver was not ready to provide inputs and give right guidance..

      The trip was good overall. The hotel in Puri had issues with AC and availability of hot water. The driver was very friendly but a bit reluctant in taking us around the city in Bhubaneshwar. He covered every place in itinerary though.

      The trip was nice. The only feedback I would like to give is that while making the itinerary the a'noon & evening should be taken care of. The places which are best to go in evening time like Peace pagoda, Udaygiri & Khandagiri caves should be planned in evening time & not in the mrng or a'noon when it's v sunny & hot. We would have enjoyed those places v much if they would have been in our itinerary in the evening time.

The cab of patra travels was good in condition. The hotel's provided were best in location and courtesy. But average in cleanliness. Overall it was very nice.
