          The trip was well organise and the travel agent was always there to help us. As an improvement if the entire trip could be organised with cab pick up then then would have been great. Like Pick up from Rome station to hotel. Pick up from hotel to Louvre and things like that.

          "A thousand thanks to wiseyatra first for making our trip so memorable. Still everyday I miss Paris and switzerland. We found WiseYatra via travel triangle and were in initial discussion about Paris and switzerland trip with them. We took passport and land package from them. I must say they are very professional and quite cheap when compared to other tours companies. Discussions: We had very long calls and frequesnt changes in plan regarding days and which cities or places to visit, they entertained all of them and made better plan on every change. We called them lot of times for testimonials and changes and they were happy to do it. They didnt force us for anything infact suggested better places than what we had in mind . Itinerary: simply the most detailed itinerary I have ever seen. Pictorial representation , bullet list of monuments. Hour wise itinerrary to make you aware of time because you will get lost in beauty. It was a long itinerarry with alternate mode of transports for every connection where possible. Properly given timetables of the trains and next trains that are availabel from your route. They also include scenic/panoramic trains and trust me those were really mazing. That itinerary is solid for few years of travel easily. Their itinerary is so flexible that we could sip or add few things or shuffle and still cover almost all the things. Hotels: We absolutely loved their hotel choices, very close to nature and close to transport places. In all 6-7 cities we had to walk hardly 100 meters for our hotels. In grindelwald we had to 5 steps for railway station. Not sure how they do it but they find the best and closest hotels with amazing view. In lucerne the hotel owner also gave us chocolates. Some of them had bath tub as well and amazin view of street and lakes. Trust me you will love them, close to market, close to transport system and inclusive of breakfast. In paris hotel we got free hot chocolate and sparkling water. Tickets: I must say all tickets we got were flexible and we had to shift paris boat ride to next day due to leg pain from walking. But all tickets were very good and do not forget to take a printout of each ticket. Mt.Titlis or Jugfrau all were flexible so incase weather is not good then also we can go next day. similarly the Swiss Pass was amazing as it gave us free pass to ride anything at any time which helped us in making good decision if something wasn't available or we had some time to kill. Support: WY was available for support at all times, they helped us with us for small queries as well like cash, card, disneyland metrsos, trains to Switzerland etc. Overall very supportive. Prices: The prices were quite cheap considering the trip to one of the most expensive countries in world. When compared to the time we spent and fun we had the price was super cheap. Plus since everything is pre-booked we didnt have to spend anything other than metro and food. I would definitely recommend wise yatra over any other travel service because we were free to do anything in the itinerary other travel we connected with offered us group tours for same rate where we were not able to spend time on a monument as per our wish. I would really recommend them. Infact for our next trip also I am going to go with them."

          Though the experience in booking the package was very good however on ground experience was not so good......the hotels selected were not so good....very far away from the city tourist attractions and costing extra for travel. There was no tour guide to conduct the tour to Colosseum and Vatican, Just buying tickets could have been done at our end also

          We had a great experience with the all the three countries ( France, Swiss & Italy) visited in Europe. Planning and bookings were pretty well done as per expectation. The itinerary set for all the locations were made the best use of our time. The Hotels we stayed in Paris, Swiss and Rome were good and located at good location especially the hotel at Lucern (Switzerland) is one of the best as it is located very near to Railway station and Hotel staff was also very friendly and helping. Only the staying experience in Novotel Hotel in Venice is not that good, people there were not friendly and AC was also not working in our room. Our overall experience to Europe was amazing the trip is memorable and unforgettable. Transportation was coordinated perfectly, and we were happy with all of our flights, trains, and private transfers. We also enjoyed our guided tour in Venice. We wanted to thank Shuhbham who co-ordinated with us very well in each and every queries we asked before the trip and during the trip as well. This is my 2nd International trip with Travel Triangle and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to have a trip with Travel Triangle if they don't have enough time to plan the trip.           FEEDBACK Team, to start with thank you note, Really appreciate your efforts in updating us on daily basis.. Thank you so much for support... Honestly speaking, many a times i felt that we have not been guided properly as multiple things which could be betterly suggested and managed: 1. Our travel to Paris ( you should have suggested us early morning train so that we have one complete day...We wasted 6 hours in bus journey which could have been managed in 2 hours on train n less efforts 2. We wasted lot of money on travel, you should have suggested us in advance that in order to cover our itenary, we need to regularly travel by transport so instead of taking ticket everytime, pass for 1 day could be purchased. We wasted incremental 5k on multiple travel 3. Cab arrangement from the place where we had a complete luggage i.e. whenever we traveled to another country we had to travel with whole luggage from bus stop to hotel n vice versa, you could have suggested n it should have been booked in advance like you did in case of airport duty.
